Don't need to worry about this. Female judges don't behave any different than male judges. Indeed when I was assigned to domestic violence court in a large southern California county the female judge was by far the most fair and most likely to reduce or dismiss overblown charges. My boss is a woman (and a female attorney) and she's totally cool.

We'll probably see more equal sentencing and less use of the "pussy pass". Just look at women like Judge Judy Sheindlin and Judge Marilyn Milian, they run a strict courtroom, don't take shit from anyone, and easily see past women who're trying to use their femaleness to an unfair advantage.

They make their money being unbiased so I expect nothing to change. Though if anything, women are more likely to judge other women more harshly than men. Especially high powered women.

It continue to be ever so lopsided, more so it will ever more so favor females over males. It won't surprise me if women get even less prison time while men get far more for the same crime (something that has not changed at all).

none of the above. life will carry on as usual and no one will notice much of a difference.

Things might change to something much worse and darker only if such situation happened in Common Law nation (where precedents have "legal weight"). The only point of concern for "continental" legal systems - is supreme court.

you seem to have a very boys vs gurlz view of how these things work when its not the case. you're wrong if you think men/male judges are naturally more sympathetic towards men than they are towards women. id bet women judges are more hypercritical towards women than they are towards men.

Female judges are a mixed-bad. More often than not, though, they can be much harder on other women. Male judges are usually white-knights. Female judges know women for what they are - humans, not special unicorns.
