Basically what the title says. I'm happy to admit i'm a beta. I'm a normal guy, but really not impressive. I have a low N-count, and low SMV. I'm willing to admit this, but a lot of BPers seems to think people simply can't be defined this way.

Which bluepillers think that "normal guy, not very impressive, low N-count, low SMV" men do not exist?

"alpha" and "beta" males don't exist in humans, the idea that they do is a fallacious reading of a study on captive wolves. Our closest relatives are bonobo chimps and they do not have an "alpha/beta heirarchy either. Literally no scientist, social or otherwise, has ever said "alpha male" when referring to humans.

I am what you would call an "alpha" in most ways; tall, blond, good looking, muscular, well-spoken, willing to put myself out there, etc. I don't have any problems picking up women.

My "n-count" is 7, though, because that's how many women I've ever found interesting enough to be around long enough to have sex with, in 27 years of sexual activity. I'm somewhat MGTOW in that, having had my kids and gone through marriage and divorce, I see absolutely no reason to do it again, preferring casual sexual relationships with long-term friends.

In short, there is some truth in TRP, but it is a mistake to think that it is anything like a comprehensive picture of the situation.

It sounds like you have low self esteem, as well as some areas for improvement. You're not doomed from birth to be stuck in some social class that's predetermined to be used and unloved. It's defeatist, and just not true.

I am pretty much Blue Pill besides a few opinions that I disagree with that most Blue Pillers have (am definitely not Red enough to consider myself Purple), and I consider myself a Beta. Alpha/Beta is a spectrum rather than two fundamentally distinct categories, and my view of it is that somebody who has more Alpha traits than Beta ones is categorized in my mind as an Alpha, while someone with more Beta ones than Alpha ones I consider a Beta. In that sense, I feel that my personality is mostly Beta, but that I do have a few Alpha traits. The key for a Beta is being able to find women who are sexually attracted to the Alpha traits that he does have, as Beta traits are not sexually attractive in and of themselves and provide only comfort and resources for women instead. If he has no Alpha traits then he needs to develop some (just some basic confidence, for instance) if he wants to sexually attract women.

Because of the level of subjectivity that is present in both the terms “Alpha” and “Beta”, and how everyone thinks that their personal definition of the terms is the only definition, it just leads to users always talking over each other. Alpha and Beta are useless terms that should be disposed of, in my opinion people are just better off describing the traits of a person, rather than trying to put them into this binary category.

I don’t, I just deny that “beta” is necessarily bad. Because I don’t like the alpha = all the good things and beta = all the attraction killer things way of categorizing it. I think alpha/beta are descriptors of traits, not people. Beta traits include the thoughtful, supportive and loving traits necessary to maintain a healthy relationship.

Don't cut your face to spite your face. You are not improving your own life, and not harming the life of women (if that was your intention). Just making a meaningless gesture. Why don't you embrace your identity as a beta, and be happier. Just be fully aware of the deal you're making and be sure to get the best deal possible.
