Feminists. They want to believe that everything is identical (except socialization) between the genders. It makes their other logic more compelling if they can believe that the men and women are identical, because it allows them to:

Double-down on raising boys and girls identically (which can help increase, say, women in STEM).
Treat all bad behaviors by men (e.g. pushy sexual behavior, etc) as solvable with the right socialization.
Argue against the idea that women are inferior in some way (e.g. that women are less good at math or whatever).

Not sure why this question is being asked. I think it's fairly obvious.

Feminists. That way they can claim that any differences observed in real world outcomes for men and woman prove that sexism and discrimination exist against women and must therefore be rectified by giving more power and privilege to women.

This seems like a rhetorical question.

I think the left is the only side arguing that men and women are the same.

If at any point a person feels like they was socialized into being a certain way and then doesn't decide to do what they wanted anyway, that's them absolving them-self of control over their own life.

Anyone who wants to change society to be different from what it has been in the past has an interest in promoting the idea that humans are a "blank slate" and can be trained to act differently than they used to. Feminists, for instance, want to say that women don't have to be subordinate to men while RP claim that women want to be dominated. That to me is the central difference between feminism and RP theory. But it's part of a long historical tradition of social changes over the past several 100's of years. The idea of the human mind as a blank slate ("tabula rasa") that can be arbitrarily shaped is often associated with John Locke. Basically, the Enlightenment types wanted to convince people that reason, not some fixed human nature, could shape society. And without those Enlightenment types we would not have democracy.

People who do not fit gender norms, like men who want to work in a social job, and women who want to go into STEM. These people suffer from being pushed into gender norms, are discriminated against, and have to defend their choices more often, which is often justified by the claim that gender roles are primarily biological. If people accepted that they're not, everyone could be raised and educated in a way that suits their interests and needs.

I think everyone would have a small vested interest in that (some more than others). It would mostly be for the business world, though. I don't feel that it would be very relevant to individual citizens other than the ones who care more about gender-related issues.
