Most men will always be BB. Most of the advice can improve any mans situation, however modestly.

However, red pill forums are full of narratives that can actually be paralyzing for the men who intuitively know they'll never be at the top of the pile.

No, not all men can become AF because Alpha characteristics are in part based on good genetics (height, facial symmetry, no back hump). Many men can improve certain things about themselves to appear more AF though (losing body fat, getting a good haircut, wearing clothes which signal high status).

The reason this is important is because Redpill strategy is catered towards ensuring that you become an Alpha fux instead of a beta bux.

RP is meant to help beta bux become more alpha, and I think nearly all can. RP cannot help just any man become alpha, particularly not weird, foreign, Omega, incel types.

I don't know what would be a good comparison. Maybe how most people could get through 4 years of college but most also don't.

Yes to both, some men can do it(the potential was there/suppressed) and some guys I think will never get things - the kinda guys that get divorced and leap straight into the next marriage.

AF is relative to your social situation and your means.

The BP and RP guys (well the loonies of the latter and just about most of the former) tend to take things a step too far when describing this.

As I understand it, most men can never be alpha, given how alpha is defined. Alpha status is granted by women, and women can only find the top percentage of men they have access to alpha. If all men "up their game" then women will simply become more selective in how they how define "alpha".
