There really isn't any being ok with it or not. This is going to happen with all women who are attractive regardless of whether the girl wants to be hit on or not. If she's attractive men will hit on her. Even if she has a ring on.

The more important question is what do men do in response? And the answer to that is that as a guy you have to continue to flirt with other women so you too can keep your options open. This is how you keep on the same playing field as a girl does only we have to be active while girls are more passive in this dance.
