Okayish title, useless body, especially if you consider how most people are still trying to make the world a better place (feminists and MRAs, people who vote...). Funnily enough males who do that mostly happen to be white knights, a different kind of beta nice guys.

For the "decliners" these people (feminists...) are the ones causing the decline and they decide not to fight a losing battle. They are very distinguishable since feminists don't want to cause a decline but try to help.

It takes more effort to enjoy the decline than bitch and moan about it full of sound and fury signifying nothing. 99% get riled up by the uncontrollable. Myself included. I applaud those who can enjoy it like Nero. I fall into Weltschmerz myself.

They were just slow learners, when it came to re-joining the herd.

An awareness of the existence of the decline allows people to make preparations. It's the difference between losing half your money in a divorce court and having sex but still keeping your money.

It's the difference between the future of Europe when the the lefty-liberal fags end up being massacred by religious fundamentalists while I'm chilling outside Europe, even though I vote for the exact same political parties they do.

EDIT: Didn't even realise the Mujaheddin Holy Warriors have struck Paris again today. The future of Europe is something like Lebanon, not even exaggerating.

You can be both a victim and an agent of a system that benefits and hurts you. The point is which side to you choose? To continue to be hurt when it is preventable or to benefit even a little?

Not many people rise above their environment because it is incredibly difficult to do so. Even now, you're posting on an internet forum about something that bugs you. If you solved the issues of society or at least yours, you could rise above your environment and yet you are still subject to it's restrictions.

Ever eat a steak? Wear expensive sneakers? Shop at a major retailer?

You're contributing to the decline and yet benefiting from it. Claiming that people complaining about it are actually agents of the thing they hate is rich if you've ever felt bad for someone working in a sweatshop or thought about how many animals have died to keep your belly full.

Solving the problem also means identifying it. But what do you do when you encounter an insurmountable problem? One that not one person can solve? Do you attempt to rally the troops and die just to get laid now and then? Or do you play the game and adapt? Most people realise it is foolhardy to attempt to swim against a raging river so they adjust and slowly make their way to shore before figuring out how to stop the problem or at least protect themselves. Heck, when you realise a raging white water river could be used to your advantage (hydro electric power, water pumps for irrigation and water supply) despite all the people who are washed downstream, suddenly your misfortune changes.

That doesn't mean it doesn't suck to be thrown around by the current or to feel like you're drowning. But if you're clever, you can redirect a portion of the stream and live happily off the supply you have. Again, it doesn't mean it's the most ideal situation. You'd have to get a huge number of people to dam up the river so people don't get washed down, but not everyone is willing to do so and many people benefit from the system as it is. This is why instead of suffering for a cause they're not willing to fight for, they simply enjoy the decline. It isn't ideal. We should be changing society for the better, but things don't work out that way for many reasons. Can you blame someone for at least wanting to enjoy some of their time in a system that doesn't care about them?
