"Incel" women are quite frequently hateful towards men, so there's that. You can find examples of bitter misandry on the foreveralone subs here and there because mods tend to turn a blind eye to it.

As for not shooting up schools, well, what's so surprising? Out of tens, perhaps hundreds of thousands of incel men, less than 10 (ten!) have resorted to crime because of it. It's exceedingly rare for an incel to become violent. And since women are naturally less violent than men, it stands to reason that it would be even rarer in women.

Furthermore, women have much more outlets for their frustration, so it doesn't build up as much.

And finally, there's the fundamental difference between incel guys and "incel" women. An incel guy feels completely devoid of value. He feels deeply insecure and in desperate danger of his ego being irreparably fractured. On the other hand, female "incel" comes from the opposite - a strong sense of security and belief in one's value. An "incel" woman's anger is the anger of unfulfilled entitlement, and that alone. She is not afraid of her ego being fractured, she does not experience that existential fear that I believe all worthless men experience. She's just pissed that she's not getting what she believes she should be. It's simply not enough to drive somebody over the edge.

tl;dr 'incel' women don't shoot up schools because they less violent, have stronger support networks and don't experience the existential fear that drives the desperation felt by men who are actually incel.

Distressed girls and women often direct their pain inwards. They become passive, depressed, suicidal, engage in self-harm, etc.

Also isn't the classic Crazy Cat Lady just another word for a female incel? As well as the Old Spinster. (and so on, there seem to be a lot of words for women who didn't manage to find a husband in time)

Many women are raised to punish inwards (despair, depression, self loathing) and to limit to whining (often only to a select audience) their outward signs of wanting to punish someone for their situation.

There are hardly any female incels compared to male. They exist, but at a much lower rate. These things you listed may exist at some level, but the market would be so low, they're not visible to your average person. You occasionally see female incels on FA and other subs, but they're not welcome. I can't imagine it's very cathartic to express your feelings and then be told they're not valid.

I also think that women are generally more likely to turn their anger inwards rather than outwards.

Because women are much much more socialized to be chased than be the chaser. Why so many things are about subtlety which some men take as being manipulative which in some ways it is but if direct action is denied, than subtlety it is.

And if you are the one being chased you are more picky, always. Whether men or women the idea is I want this and the goal of success adds to the frustration of not having.

Why things directed at women talk about how to be noticed and everything is about looks.

As far as an anger phase, many women go through it, just have to look. It often is directed at other women just due to social dynamics, but there is a lot of man hate.

Several reasons, I think. For one, male involuntary celibacy can be the result of many reasons. Most likely social awkwardness or perhaps mental issues, in addition to the usual issues of obesity or being ugly. For girls, there are only a few reasons, and other than obesity, it's mostly out of their control. So you won't seem much self-help communities for it. Second, many of us are just inclined to wallow in misery when we face problems, rather than reacting to them in anger as men would. Third, I'm pretty sure many of the women who are angry about their incel status join the ranks of radical feminism. Fourth, in many conservative societies many girls have no pressure on them to date until they graduate college. I have several friends (very religious ones) who have not dated yet and they are around 20. For males though, I guess there is a lot of peer pressure.
