It's been my understanding that for men the golden age is the 30s. Like, in college few guys get all the chicks, but more men in their 30s have hit their stride and gotten their shit together, grown out of baby faces, and generally become more confident.

I've seen many guys on trp say they wish they had found it during their 20s. It's hard but not impossible, but you need realistic expectations and put in a lot of work.

I did double stem, many times I'd be studying for a physics test at 8-9pm and half of the dorm would walk past to go clubbing. I wasn't a virgin when I graduated (1.5-2yr LTRs) but I definitely missed out on the parties and hook up culture.

I haven't been in a LTR for ~1 year, new job, moving and settling in a new country, but I do go out occasionally. I'd say I avg 1 girl/month right now, not amazing but not bad imo.

Early 20's is still young as fuck. Giving up so early would be pathetic. Most guys can turn it around and get laid at that age if they're willing to put work into self-improvement.

College is overhyped also. Don't obsess over that.

Everyone thinks college is one big fuck fest, but the reality is that most people do not do that and the people having the highest amount of sex are in stable relationships. College hookup culture is exciting, so it gets sensationalized and exagerated, but it's like saying the entire population of Montreal works in porn because we're the home of the tube sites.

College has the advantage of providing introductions to people who are easy to make friends with because of how much you have in common. But if you keep meeting people and working on yourself as a person you'll be fine.

In terms of anger on missing out or anything emotions related I am going to assume you mean aggregate of the entire time span. Otherwise as long as you got a few hot girls on you cock, I find it hard to feel anything but pure pleasure. So if your frat boy got laid 100 times a year for ten years and you missed out on the first five, all you need to do is get laid 200+ times a year for the next five to make up for the lost time.

It really depends on how neurotic the man is. If he falls into the permanent victim mental pattern like a feminist, the answer is no, he is not likely to ever improve. If he works hard on his mental habits, he's got a shot.

I think constantly posting about it on reddit is almost always going to make him worse. You have to have a hard target.

Every day, you have to force yourself to think about things totally unrelated to your sexual issues. These things must also not be political conspiracy theories, real or imagined.

Make it sports, or a hobby. Something that is by nature not conducive to distress. Activism on behalf of suffering people, animals or ecosystems is a bad idea for the patent, as it leads to distress over the plight of the suffering.

Keep it positive and some chance of a contented life is possible.
