Seems like a pretty narrow-minded view of nice guys.

Watching it, I couldn't help but be reminded of the fact that men are blamed for whatever goes wrong in the world, while women are treated like morally superior beings devoid of flaws.

I'm not saying there's nothing wrong with nice guys. I'm just tired of the "asshole men are assholes and nice guys are assholes"; if you're a man, your only option is to pick what kind of asshole you are.

It also illustrates why "demons are male and angels are female" is a thing.

It's the same tired argument. "Nice guys aren't actually nice" and "They're only struggling because they're chasing 9's and 10's". Both are simply post-hoc rationalizations for satisfying the ego. Placating oneself so they can maintain their contempt for weak men. In my experience, a lot of these loser guys are going for equally loser girls, but those loser girls are punching at least 2-3 points above their SMV because they can get those guys to fuck them. The loser guys can't get any girl, short of the most hideous 1's and 2's to even look at them.

Then there's this is one sentence from the video, said in a mocking tone:

"He doesn't understand why women won't go out with him"

Why is it so crazy to assume that not everyone shares the same experiences growing up? Some men had no male influence. Some men grew up without good male role models and peers, and never learned courtship. They learned by listening to their female peers, who told them that being nice was attractive.

No one can sympathize with the guy that he can't understand why women say one thing and do another thing entirely.

niceness is not attractive. the "friendzone" is a euphemism for failure to court the woman. Women take advantage of ambiguity to extract resources, time, and energy from weak men. Weak men have scarcity mentality and thus agree to be abused. There, that wasn't so hard, was it?

I am sick of the "nice guys are not really nice" syndrome, or basically just sick of people projecting all kinds of idiotic misinformation or denying basic social issues, and then calling that the "truth about nice guys".

It's interesting to see how the "nice guy" is portrayed, and yet, in another post on this same subreddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/PurplePillDebate/comments/3iid4u/this_article_shows_redpill_works_pretty/), it links to an article which says pretty much the same thing that the "nice guy" might say.

The basic answer is this: Women are not capable of rational, logical thought when choosing a partner. They rely solely on emotion, get burned, and then complain about it afterwards.

The "nice guy" doesn't understand why women aren't rational and logical as any man would be. Even women themselves admit openly that they're not rational or logical, that they choose a mate based solely on emotion and what they're attracted to.

From the image he drew, I'm 99% sure I know the exact YT blogger he's talking about. This person is an ENORMOUS asshole. His videos are just him cursing out womankind for not finding him attractive, even though he's obese with horrible styling and no redeeming qualities whatsoever. Despite being huge himself, he says he refuses to date chubby girls because it's just a preference, but complains about girls who care about weight a gazillion times. He's so ridiculous I was almost positive he was a troll for a while.

In one of his videos, he also told women that we were too picky about guys being interesting and said "It shouldn't matter how boring or ugly a guy is if he's a good person." So basically, attractive women (remember? He won't date chubbies) need to forgo dating all the men who are good looking OR interesting (including average looking men who are fun to talk to) in order to date an angry, obese guy who wears a gold chain and curses his mouth off constantly. Why would anyone in their right mind do that?

I'm not saying all incels are bad people at all, I believe some of them are just genuinely confused and frustrated. But I'm pretty sure Buckley is referring to a particular person here as a prototype of the "nice guy."

What is it with this shit? Even RPers agree this is mostly correct. It's not unique to TBP.
