I'm an attorney. I currently work in legal aid, but I'll be transitioning to prosecution here in a few years. My undergrad degree is in history. I absolutely love my job, even if my clients drive me up a wall. And they do. Frequently.

I do what I do because I have the ability to help others navigate the legal field. It can be confusing, and soooo many people don't know their rights, and don't understand how to enforce those rights. So my office assists them. I primarily handle women's DV, but also have custody cases, paternity issues (most are men trying to assert paternity), and quite a few arrearage cases.

I work in community outreach as a sex educator. I go to high schools and colleges teaching sex ed in addition to working in an actual clinic providing counseling. I adore my job and reading some of the negative RP attitudes about sex only inspires me even more to educate people on how to have healthy attitudes and practices towards sex and sexuality.

I'm a stereotype. I'm a woman in social work who is going to be a teacher in a year. My boyfriend is comp sci. I have a female friend in PR, another in sales, her boyfriend is comp sci, my sister is in accounting, and my brother is studying psychology.

I do my job because I adore children. I work with adolescents now and plan to teach high school when I transition to teaching, so it's my preferred age group. They're old enough to really have a conversation with but young enough to guide and help grow. I want to be a meaningful part of their lives and I enjoy spending time with them.

Half a vocational degree in the social sciences which qualified me for a fairly well paid government clerical job (well paid because it involved making legal decisions) which enabled me to spend most of a decade buying real estate which enabled me to quit that job and be a fulltime landlady/mother.

Currently I am working as a cashier and as an administrative assistant. However my BS is in Biology, so I'd like to defy that sterotype, but its been a hard battle.

I'm a programmer developing for the web and iPhone related projects. I think I fit all the stereotypes when it comes to behavioral patterns, but in really extreme ways. I can only describe myself as a social outcast since I don't participate a great deal.

I went to college for programming. Was disillusioned by the monotony of it (I thought it would be more about algorithms, less about copy/pasting code and debugging and shit). I then went to work in an admin-like position (mostly women in it).

I'm considering going back to school for a math or statistics degree soon, but now I'm in a committed relationship and we're planning our future together, so I'll have to see how it fits in to that.

I am an introverted IT man. Mostly BP with a purple side. I am a stereotypical male thinker, precise and a bit autistic:( Systems and processes over people.

Always struggle with my low empathy. It is not the same thing as having no compassion. Compassion is just about being empathic to suffering and suffering signals are easy to pick up, that is OK. Good empathy would be more like a mind reading skills totally useful even in situations when nobody is suffering, it is like a magic trick. You just get stuff without explaining it! And, well, I don't.

Kind of a stereotype, half Asian, good in math and I study applied mathematics. I want to get into arbitrage trading. Slanting to the red side and adopting molded ideas of rp in my life.I am not Christian, but I think we can learn stuff from them, etc.

I'm engineer/scientist because I find it both fun and interesting on a personal level. I do it because engineers can save lives and make peoples lives easier on a large scale. I'm a man and have seen more men usually but there are actually many women in this field as well, and none of them are worried about the gender wage gap.

My job defies stereotypes. Then again, the stereotypes are wrong. (As they usually are) Several STEM fields are, if not dominated by women, are comprised of a large minority of women.

Which makes the whole women-can't- do- STEM- can't- think-logically BS even funnier.

For all the lip service RPs pay to STEM, none of them seem to know anything about it.

The way STEM is talked about by RPs reminds me of that episode on the office when they ran a race to raise money, and wrote a giant check to "Science."

Also, I don't know anyone with a women's studies degree either. In the weird world of RP, there are only 2 fields of study. STEM... And women's studies.

Doxxing is a real issue for TRP. It doesn't seem too smart to discuss the topic of career in this kind of environment.

That being said I work in a female dominated field and since adopting TRP as a lifestyle (self improvement, how to be an effective & dynamic leader, how to game people, how to be charming, diet, exercise, understanding the nature of men and women) I get along better with my coworkers and employees.

I'm in the Air Force, I'll be taking a test next week to see whether I qualify to become an officer or pilot. I'm pretty excited.

I think virtually any military man needs to have at least some sympathy for the RP emphasis on reviving the masculine virtues.

Look at the facts. Engineering and computer programming is dominated by men. Nursing and child care is dominated by women.
