Women will always complain when they feel that someones primary interest in them is for their sexuality, that someone isn't dating them for their personality or that a guy is trying to become friends with them to sleep with them. But how does this work with them using their sexuality to gain an advantage in most every situation? If you go online and see women posting, they are almost always trying to leverage sexuality for attention (most of them will post sexually revealing pics on atleast minor subreddits to get that attention). If you see women making internet videos they will almost always use sexuality again, either overtly (talking about sex) or covertly (dressing in a way that is seen as sexual, but of course this is just being 'fashionable') in order to get both views and acceptance.

Its actually quite rare to see women not leveraging their sexual influence in a situation even with no intention of entering with a relationship, they'll use it to get out of speeding tickets, use it to flirt with a waiter and get an earlier seat at a restaurant (i've seen this first hand) etc etc.

It then seems incredibly contradictory that after going around basically using their sexuality as power on a daily basis to hear them complaining that people are interested in them because of that. They know their sexuality is a primary draw, because they use it knowingly.
