Does anyone know a solid high protein diet that supports 5x5 workouts? I'm not asking someone to go out of their way and list their diet, I wanna know if anyone has been using one thats just already laid out in full on the internet somewhere. Im searching myself but idk how good these actually are to follow, so a user tried and approved diet would be amazing. Thanks.

Edit 5'10" 200lbs 25% bf short term goal is 15%. Will be on DNP so my caloric deficit from DNP will be an extra ~2000.
