Analysis:

  • OKC data suggests that men's SMV intersects with women @ ~26.

  • Men remain relatively stable from 26 to 31 (slight decline).

  • After age 31, men start declining at roughly the same rate as women.

  • As we decline in parallel, men maintain a roughly 3-4 year advantage (male SMV = the SMV of a female 3-4 years younger).

Lessons Learned:

  • Male and Female SMV equalizes around age 26.

  • Aim to date girls at least 3-4 years younger after 30.

  • Notable note: This is data on average. TRP advocates men continually developing themselves so an optimized man here could have a much higher SMV.
