This may sound kind of weird, but if he has more than one pic of himself not wearing a shirt in a situation which he could reasonably be wearing a shirt. Guys who are vain just aren't attractive to me. It speaks of an ego need than I don't want to fill, I guess...

Anything that mentions atheism or leftist politics. I don't want to date someone who is going to constantly insult my faith or think that dating me is going to be some sort of academic experiment. I've been there and done that, it's a waste of time and not amusing.
Mentions they don't know what they are looking for.
Anything overtly sexual in their profile or a lack of written profile. If they have nothing to say about themselves, it's difficult to determine what they are interested in or like
Profiles asking for a "chill and easygoing girl", reading that usually terms me off.
Dead animal pictures, pictures of random objects like cars or trucks.
Bathroom selfies, gym selfies, photos of party environments/frat boys.
Mentioning their exes in their profile (Like why! Please stop)
anything in their profile insulting women or being disrespectful towards women, that is very tasteless.
Photos of them with other women, even if it's their mom. I dated a "momma's boy" in college and it really is (at least in my personal experience) like having a third person in your relationship constantly. Would not recommend.

I met my husband IRL, so I am not sure how good my OLD game is. If I was better at it, maybe I would have found a partner from a year of using it - so take me with a grain of salt. That said, for me:

-If you have a photo of you with a trophy, please make sure it is worth showing off. No one wants to talk about your teeny weeny trout, Clint.

-"School of hard knocks" listed as their education. This man is a 10/10 catch if you like men named Kyle who punch drywall and will call you "the ole ball n chain" one day. Everyone else, abstain.

-Low effort profile like "Idk, I am an open book, just ask". That's your best foot forward? I would hate to see your sloppy days.

-Automatic umatch after a match: men who expect me to gift them a first date. SO many men suggested a first date where I taught them how to do one of my mentioned hobbies (foraging, archery, climbing) or asked me to make a dish for them (I mentioned my love of cooking). I charge my guiding clients over $100/hour, and I know all these men would balk if I turned the tables and asked to go to a restaurant that charged $100/plate.

Mine was:

Our basic values don't line up (kids, faith, etc.)
You spend more time on your hair than I do. I prefer rugged to polished.
You won't disclose your job title/field. I need to know that you earn money and how.
You have a roommate (I live in one of the cheapest parts of the country and was dating late-twenties/early thirties men).
You post frat boy photos (generally douchey, vain/partying, just your car/motorcycle).
You make vulgar or sexual remarks
You insult online dating. We're all here for the same reason and your insults and negativity aren't attractive.

I met my current boyfriend on tinder! I almost didn’t swipe right, because his bio was a bunch of obscure movie quotes that I didn’t recognize. But he was so cute and looked well rounded in his interests in his pictures. And we hit it off right away.

My automatic no’s were: -dead animals in your photos (hunting, fishing, etc) (it’s fine if they hunt as a hobby, but I don’t need to see physical evidence of it on your profile) -only group photos -too many frat bro shirtless photos -only looking for hookups -I live in a state where weed’s legal and if they had like.. “we can go hiking and smoke together” or something corny in their bio then that was a no.
-any mention of astrology in the bio.... just no -I preferred a man who had some education past high school

Once I matched with someone and they immediately asked if I wanted to meet up without knowing anything about me it was kind of a turn off? It just felt very hookup-y to me and weird. A lot of guys would ask if I wanted to meet up for dinner THAT night. I just preferred to talk to guys for a bit and get to know them before meeting for a date in person. Which worked out for me because I only met my boyfriend in person and we worked out.

I feel like a bunch of mine seem shallow when written out like this...

are they wearing a baseball cap in every photo
mirror pics in a messy room
the ubiquitous wearing sunglasses in the truck pic
anything obsessively sports related (face paint, weird hats, I dunno...)
if it seems obvious the only time they wear a suit is for weddings
only travel pictures or talking about wanting to travel more. A lot of guys think that makes them more interesting and it usually means there’s some deficit in their regular life.

when their main profile pic is a groups photo and you hope it’s the cute one but it never is once you scroll down.
every picture is with their kids. I really, really don’t think kids pics belong on dating apps. Mention that you have them, don’t show their faces...
a picture where they are clearly intoxicated
