I think the reason why the Justice System sucks is because the Jury has addiction on DNA evidence. The herds of sheep watch too much NCIS.

Guys. If you want to see the receipts on people who were wrongly convicted of crime, go to your local public library. There are dockets and documents there that Google just won’t put out in public.

As of this moment, DNA is DNA according to the sheep. The herds of sheep have to be educated on what transferable dna or accidental transferable dna is. Because they are wrongly convicting people everyday.

Imagine this for a sec. If you are in 5 feet proximity of a girl, there’s a chance her dead skin cell or hair might float into your jacket or clothes. Vice versa for you. This can be used to wrongly convict someone. “OOP! We found a single strand of hair on your shirt! You are guilty of rape! 30 years in prison!”

This is how bad it is at the moment.

This will go nowhere, the feminist lobby is too big, and too much money is made all around. Lawyers salivate for these on both sides. Hell the supposed domestic abuse centers across this country basically operate on a head count system for funding. Be a woman and walk into a domestic abuse organization and they’ll coach you on what to allege and even assist you writing up allegations and provide a ride to your local court house to file for a bogus restraining order which any judge will rubber stamp.

The male is thrown out on his ass, and now operates on the assumption of guilt without any due process, next the male deals with the 51/50 standard where as if there was even a hint that anything “might” have happened he is now completely guilty. Any male finding themselves in this situation now must prove innocence instead of the burden being on the accuser.

If you’re lucky to prove innocence and all allegations/charges are thrown out your only recourse is a defamation or slander civil suit, which any attorney will tell you good luck with that. Essentially the judicial system will say “sorry guy but your not in jail so” no monetary reimbursement, or anything.

This legislation is much needed, but the standard talking points of basically “believe women” will be marched out, as well as the bullshit imaginary statistics of rape/violence so this will go nowhere. No judge is going to risk his career on even a 1% chance he allows a actual rapist walk so they say fuck it and burn everyone down.

Rape is a atrocious crime and the real victims deserve justice to the fullest extent of the law , but somewhere along the way our due process system become skewed that all men are predators. The silent victims of false allegations are real victims of rape that don’t have access to resources put in place for them because other vindictive women use them for personal gain.

It's astounding how it's zero tolerance for so many 'women's issues' like Mothers Against Drunk Driving, Breast Cancer, Sexual harassment, sexual assault. For all of these causes - one victim is too many. One ass pinched without 'consent' is a capital fucking crime.

But for false rape accusations up to 10% (one in ten) is just fine and is a problem that doesn't really exist.

in 5%, the defendant is found guilty

in 87% the case is tossed for lack of evidence, or the defendant is acquitted.

The feminazis think the accuser would be subject to prison in the 87% and 8%, while in reality, only the 8* would see the woman going to prison. The number of cases where the state has enough evidence to prove a claim false are few and far between.
