i for one would fucking love to see how the other subreddits try and call lesbians on here misogynists who hate women.

[–]oxymorphone17 points18 points19 points 13 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

The great thing about this sub is that it acknowledges physiological and biological differences between men and women and doesn't denigrate either gender in the process. Unfortunately, many groups in modern western culture try to deny these differences because they feel the only way that equality can exist is through bland, uniform homogeneity.

I, for one, have no prejudices toward any gender, sexuality, or race. In fact, I'm quite interested in hearing the issues you've had with women because of the fact that its coming from a perspective we don't get as much around here. Please feel welcome.

[–]TRP VanguardWhisper5 points6 points7 points 13 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Well... if the cultural marxists are right, and we're all a bunch of misogynists, then we should hate you.

Pull up a chair, pour yourself a single-malt. And laugh at them.

[–]ninjainpigtails4 points5 points6 points 13 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

... you are a bunch of misogynists.

[–]themoor 22 points22 points22 points 13 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

A friend of mine (now married) is bisexual. She used to complain about the women she slept with. She'd say, "They're crazy", "They don't make sense", "They have no loyalty", and so on.

I just looked at her: "Duh.... Honey, you should just fuck them, but you don't have to DATE them. Me? I'm stuck being heterosexual, so I have no choice. You do."

She saw my wisdom, recommitted to her decent but beta boyfriend, and quit trying to date women. She's married with two kids now, seemingly happy.

Anyway, I think it would be interesting to hear your stories. I would bet that many (though not all) will resonate here.

Lay some truth on us girl!

[–]1favours_of_the_moon7 points8 points9 points 13 years ago [recovered] (0 children) | Copy Link

It's true, no loyalty whatsoever.

To be sure, they're anxious to get YOUR name on the dotted line. They wanna get their hooks into YOU.

But as soon as you're down, they'll kick you in the stomach and honestly believe deep down that you no longer deserve the respect.

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 13 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Well, if TRP theory is any guide, they'll be divorced.. oh right around the 10 year mark.

[–]NrwhlBcnSmrt-ttck2 points3 points4 points 13 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I am fairly certain women are driven to bisexuality through encounters with beta men. When there are no alphas around, it is a rational choice over pairing with a beta. That's how it happens with animals in the wild. Humans like to think they are special and that it's just a unique facet of their snowflake. To be honest, I was a total chump once and sawr it happen to me personally. It has to do with the availability of alpha men. If I was tough, it wouldn't have happened the same at all.

[–]socal836 points7 points8 points 13 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

redpillers are interested in the truth, no matter who it comes from.

we only get indignant when you try to feed us lies.

[–]MarkyBhoy101 26 points26 points26 points 13 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

Hop on board, it's a bit of a sausage fest in here.

[–]MSoftHarem25 points26 points27 points 13 years ago [recovered] (4 children) | Copy Link

You say that like its a bad thing. The only reason we can get anything done around here is because we do not have narcissistic females vying for attention and omega/beta males happily fulfilling their needs.

[–]MarkyBhoy10112 points 13 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

Sound mate. Just ignore me I've been drinkin!

[–]TehGinjaNinja9 points10 points11 points 13 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

I'm really amused by the idea that we're actually getting anything done around here.

[–]MSoftHarem8 points9 points10 points 13 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Do you honestly think this subreddit has not contributed in some way to lifestyle improvements of hundreds, if not thousands of people? While you will probably never see a Red Pill political party, Academy, or even a "RP protest" there are changes happening. Men, and even some women, are finally getting the education they have been so desperately craving, the education their fathers and society could never provide. Questions are being answered, and there is a little bit of light at the end of the tunnel. The mod staff gets PMs on a fairly regular basis from people we've helped, and some of that knowledge has even transferred to other subreddits. Sure, a few posts on the internet won't change the world, but every significant social movement in history has had humble roots.

If you're here to be amused then you are here for the wrong reason. In fact I am a little disappointed that you feel we are here to entertain you. I promise you that no one here is your personal jester, and while you're more than welcome to express your opinion you may want temper it with a little bit of respect in the future.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 13 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

While you will probably never see a Red Pill political party, Academy, or even a "RP protest" there are changes happening.

There will be, just called something different. But as men rediscover their masculinity, while most will focus on their own lives or on passive resistance / going Galt, it is inevitable that some of it should spill over into politics.

I think with increased confidence comes an increased sense of humor, and probably that is how it could happen. People in politics takes themselves and their dumb ideas so incredibly seriously, they are just ripe for some parody. I think parody versions of typical todays activisms would be great.

Everybody is welcome here as long as you can half intelligently discuss your issues, I know there is a gay dude who had quite a warm welcoming and there was a feminist who was heavily upvoted for trying to discuss redpill with /u/redpillschool

There is no misogyny in here, feminists and idiots claim otherwise but that's not true. I can't imagine any member of this sub having a problem with you being here.

[–]checkyourlogic7 points8 points9 points 13 years ago (10 children) | Copy Link

There is no misogyny in here

One of your moderators recently claimed that letting women vote was leading to the downfall of western civilization. He argued that women shouldn't have a right to vote. Why even bother pretending the people here respect women? They don't.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 13 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Before womens franchise, the way a gentleman treated a lady was not respectful? Read older novels like The Count of Monte-Cristo.

The problem is terms like misogyny are not that clearly defined. You say respect, others can say not hate, others can say only fully equality is not misogynistic and so on. I mean of course feminists will define it so that anything but full equality is misogynist, of course I will not accept that, but that means people can define it anyhow they want to.

Just because for example you may think that exercising sovereignty may be too much for women it does not mean they think they are worthless and so on. Fine distinctions and all that.

[–]checkyourlogic0 points1 point2 points 13 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

The problem is terms like misogyny are not that clearly defined.

All you're doing, in both of your replies to me, is playing the pathetic game of semantics. This is what people with no real argument classically fall back on. You could apply the above statement to any word.

The comments made on this subreddit are frequently misogynistic. They are hateful towards women. If that word does not please you I could also use cruel, disrespectful, rude, catty, bitter, nasty, mean, spiteful...need I go on? You get the point, why pretend you don't?

Just because for example you may think that exercising sovereignty may be too much for women it does not mean they think they are worthless and so on.

It might not mean they think they are "worthless" but posters here frequently, and proudly, state that they believe women are worth less than men.

Well, western world is going to shit quite rapidly, you can't deny that. Women in majority will vote for whoever will give them free pills and more money no matter how ridiculous rest of their agenda is. Go ask him about it, if it is who I think it is, he can argue his claims very well.

[–]checkyourlogic5 points6 points7 points 13 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

You're saying women vote based on who will give them free shit in a thread about how much you guys totally don't hate women.

Right, okay.

[–]Endorsed Contributor30303030303030-1 points0 points1 point 13 years ago* (4 children) | Copy Link

3 our of 4 women I talked with about elections in my country voted for that prime minister and not the other because he was more handsome. I shit you not. All higher educated, one nurse, one md and one working in advertisement, not sure what it is.

1 that had something of value to say was my sister.

Every single man I talked about same subject had at least some political knowledge and had valid reasons.

Go to female/feminist subs and you will see that most of them will vote on whoever approves gay marriage and is more likely to give them free pregnancy pills. Everything else is barely ever mentioned.

I don't hate women. That's ridiculous.

edit: And I told you. Go talk with a guy who said women should have their voting rights away. You are free to try to change his mind.

[–]anriana0 points1 point2 points 13 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

What's a free pregnancy pill? Like, you take it and you instantly have a baby?

[–]AwesomePaladin 2 points3 points4 points 13 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I'm guessing he meant birth control pills.

[–]Endorsed Contributor303030303030300 points1 point2 points 13 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

You guessed right.

[–]Endorsed Contributor303030303030300 points1 point2 points 13 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Sorry, I'm obviously not a native English speaker and was to lazy to look for a proper name, I meant birth control pills and you know that.

[–][deleted] -1 points0 points1 point 13 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I have the same problem with your previous comment, mixing different things, hate, lack of respect, contemp and so on. So again it sounds like the liberal ideology, liberals are unable to tell fine distinctions and basically think either you treat others totally equally or very shittily.

I mean what 303030303 said you could say that it was contemptuous but contempt and hatred are not necessarily the same.

So be careful, because this sounds like something a liberal would say i.e. an unintellectual person who sees things in black and white ideological terms.

Try to learn this. Try to learn to make fine distinctions, that for example there is hatred, then there is contempt, then there is disrespect, then there is limited, directed respect, there is such a thing as loving people while accepting that they have limitations and so on.

[–]1Ill_mumble_that8 points9 points10 points 13 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

bisexual dude checking in. Have had nothing but a welcome response.

[–]NrwhlBcnSmrt-ttck3 points4 points5 points 13 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Woah, really? Bi? I mean, how has your idea of being a man changed since you've been here? Do you consider yourself redpill or have you just begun to take it? That's totally cool I just didn't consider that dynamic before.

[–]1Ill_mumble_that11 points12 points13 points 13 years ago* (1 child) | Copy Link

I've only been on theredpill for about a month. But let me give you some backstory before I talk about changes.

I've never really had much of a problem picking up girls, but I think because I'm bi I've naturally always had the abundance attitude. If I can't take a girl home, I'll just find a guy... Generally speaking I don't have a preference for sex with either gender, but I think the initial pickup is a lot more fun with women. It's more difficult and always more surprising.

I grew up in a very, very religious environment. We're talking about so fucking uptight about following Christian rules (no sex before marriage, no masturbating, no smoking) that some people in it have literally gone insane. It did teach me a few traits about a woman's role and what is expected of a man. My father was a piece of shit so this is all I had to go off of. I never took it too serious because I thought the religion was stupid, but some of the teachings stuck and it turns out they were redpill material. Who knew.

I've been in a relationship for about 8 months with a girl at this point who does not know about my sexual preferences. I feel her knowing wouldn't benefit the relationship at all so there is no need to let her know unless I wanted to have a threesome, which I don't. I'm in my mid 20's and plan on having kids after I've reached the 3 year mark with this girl and feel comfortable doing so with her.

Anyhow. What has changed; a month on redpill.

My workout.
I've always been height-weight-proportionate, not fat, not skinny, slightly athletic. Since first reading theredpill I feel like I'm finally motivated to workout every day. And I do. I haven't missed a day working out in over a month except I do let my body rest on Sundays. I think all I needed was a scientific reason and basis for doing it other than "health." The reason to workout from redpill that intrigued me most was that it generates more testosterone. Secondly, that testosterone = a good thing; more confidence, more energy, etc. I hadn't considered that, and I never before really considered testosterone being a good thing to have, I always felt that it was just a neutral hormone kind of hanging out in me since I'm a dude. Public School really doesn't teach you why testosterone is awesome, and I wish it did. One last thing, I work out fucking hard. I'm the sweatiest dude at the gym because I push myself harder than anyone else there.

Relationship with my girlfriend
This one is probably where I've seen the biggest change. First off, we were only having sex once a week. Now we have it daily (with a few skips in there when we're tired or she's sore). She is massively more attracted to me, at least ten-fold. I don't even have to try to seduce her, I just put my hands on her and ask "wanna fuck?" and then she usually starts stripping. I haven't changed much visually in only a month of working out, so it's not that my body is hotter. It's all in the head-game. On the hotness scale she averages at about an 8.2 and I'm currently a 7.1 - I'm still quite a bit out of shape so that will change soon! The rest of our relationship is better too. I take the lead more often and she follows me around more, kisses me more, and can't get enough attention from me. I literally have to tell her to go leave me alone because I have shit I need to get done - that never happened before.

My Interest in Men
I used to have a varying taste, but with only a few exceptions now I'm interested exclusively in feminine men; cross-dressers, trans, femboys, etc. This may be due to the increased testosterone levels in my body because of daily workouts.

My Porn Habits
I used to be huge on porn. If you look at my posting history I am a moderator for 3 porn subreddits and used to fap to it more than daily. Since taking theredpill I've almost completely lost interest in porn. Some of the amateur stuff from gonewild is about the only thing I've looked at since, and even that is pretty sparsely. Additionally I've been less interested in female porn and more interested in pictures of feminine guys. No clue why, I enjoy banging my girlfriend more than ever.

Less fapping
Because of something I read about it somewhere early on, but someone reposted some similar info recently here: http://www.reddit.com/r/TheRedPill/comments/1dovzd/the_importance_of_confidence/c9sg224 I am more motivated without the multiple faps per day that I used to do.

My attitude
Completely different. With confidence through the roof I see the world much more positively. I do things on my own terms and don't let other people push me into something I don't want. I'm not an asshole, but I don't put up with half of the bullshit I used to either. I'm definitely not "Mr. Nice Guy" either, I give less fucks than Alessandro Moreschi though I still help people out when I want to. I wrote a post a couple days ago about being Responsive vs. being spontaneous. That pretty much describes where I'm at.

Do I consider myself redpill? Well yeah, but I know I still have a lot to learn. I know a month ago I would have considered myself about 65% blue and 35% red. Now I'm closer to about 40% blue and 60% red. I think I picked it up really quick because of my redpillish religious upbringing. The information just unlocked parts of myself that were already there waiting to be refined and employed.

There are lots more. And as I usually say, I enjoy a lot of the discussion here but there are many guys who are burned blue-pillers and are bitter as fuck towards women in general as a result.

Bitterness towards women is common here indeed but it is understandable, 100% of ex blue pill men suffers from it, including me. That's not misogyny and it passes over, I see why one could mistake bitterness with misogyny but that's what it is, bitterness.

There are few guys in here with "strong" attitude towards women voting rights or intelligence etc. but they usually have good facts/data/studies to back themselves up. There are also trolls just causing drama.

Also saying loudly few uncomfortable truths about women is not misogyny.

I think our use of the word misogyny may differ, you seem to only refer to political views on women, I think that anyone who harbors hatred and resentment for an entire gender is misogynistic.

Entire gender? Does it mean that misogynists also hate their mothers and sisters?

Also I'd separate hatred and resentment. Resentment in this sub is common and understandable. Hatred is a very different thing and I don't think we have a lot of it here. It's obviously not something redpill is teaching.

What I've read here that makes sense is that to hate women for their hypergamous tendencies is as stupid as hating men for our preference for a variety of slender, pretty women.

correct, the bitter part is that men are condemned for our preferences (go tell some girl she is not attractive or should lose weight or is past prime) and women are praised for partaking in hypergamy (dump that deadbeat gurl, you deserve better)

All that really means is to deliberately show someone how to do something. That's it.

"Smart" is too broad of a word to give a definitive answer. Men have a much steeper bell curve than women. As far as rationality goes, without question men win. Men built this world with the support of women, so we earned the right to steer the ship while taking into account their input.

Are women the same as children, pets..etc ?

In my opinion no, they can be naive and silly like children but a grown woman is not like a child. I knew few who were dumber than children and I'm not even joking but no, women as a whole are not like children.

They are also not pets.

Gee another LGBT astroturf thread. Instead of introducing yourself as a Lez, why not describe the Lez lifestyle to us? Are you the pitcher or the catcher? The strap-on or the battery?

Lesbian is more than fine. I'm a gay guy, and I get to go through the same things Red Pill talks about. Whether it's dating a very controlling submissive guy, or just dealing with entitled women in my day to day life.

I am really looking forward to your posts. I wonder what the female perspective on the Red Pill is from a chick who actually picks up other chicks.

Don't see why not

I think it's cool.

I'd say so. in one of the faq's (can't remember which) it says it's good for straight guys, girls (know what you're in for, etc, gay guys wanting to use it, and lesbians wanting to know what to use. human psychology is generally pretty similar, no matter your orientation

To be honest I would rather not see lesbians here. My two cents.

Why? Maybe we're all secretly lesbians. How would you know?

While personally I don't mind, maybe some people would think it would only be a matter of time before this sub is covered in [trigger warning] and CIS type acronyms.

One of our strongest proponents is GirlWritesWhat

We accept anyone regardless of race/ethnicity, color, national origin, sex, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation.

While we are accepting of almost all religions, worshipers of RadicalFeminism may find it more difficult here.

Similarly, there is an egalitarian bent to RedPill. So, if you are constantly pushing genderist politics in a way that discriminates against men, you might find it more contentious here.

Welcome aboard! I don't know enough about gay culture to know if we'll be useful to you, but we're always willing to try.

I personally don't care what gender you are. Welcome. Though, I will admit that I find it VERY telling that you make this admission. /confessionbear for the front page!
