The anger phase is only a short-term phase, not a yearlong destination.

Tl;dr Don't hate women for practicing hypergamy, they won't change anytime soon and your hatred is only making you less happy and killing your self-improvement.

The anger phase is nearly inevitable for any man who discovers redpill. This becomes a problem when a man remains here for many months or even years. The anger phase should be only a month at the maximum. Why you may ask? Because when you first discover redpill, you most likely just experienced a breakup, or are just tired of not getting any pussy. This means that this person most likely; doesn't work out much, doesn't have great social skills, has a porn addiction, doesn't have control of his finances, and is basically just "existing" or "getting by" and isn't progressing like he should be.

No matter how much a man may want to change a woman, he cannot. A woman can barely even change HERSELF, how would anyone else force a change in her? You as a man, whether you are in the anger phase or not, can never change a woman, no matter what. You should know this by now. Women are the way they are and the best thing you can do if you want to sleep with one is work on yourself and learn game as fast as possible.

Your hatred for women is only killing your self-improvement, and making you less happy. While you're in the corner of the club, sulking and watching that Chad take the girl home that you thought was "so hot", you're wasting valuable time. This turns into you going home and being angry at the world because Chad had "better genes", or was blessed with good social skills.

You can't change your genes, you're right. But you can lift and make yourself look better, you can learn to have better social skills as well. Stop wasting your time being angry about something you can't change. Instead of allowing yourself to be angry any longer, realize that everyday, there are literally millions of opportunities for you to improve. You should be looking for a better job or starting your own business, you should be working out five days a week, you should be forcing yourself to talk to every girl you think is attractive.

That's what helps you. Being angry is going to happen, but it will kill your mood and just waste your time. Remember that you can't change the way women look for men they want to have sex with, but you can adapt and make yourself the optimal sex partner to consistently bang hotter girls.

Anger is a necessary emotion, it brings the best workouts, the most intense sex amongst other things. I am saying that you should not be angry about something so stupid as how women choose mates. You shouldn't be upset about stupid things you can't change, that's the true waste of time.
