Ramp up the dread hard core. Start going to the gym. Take longer to reply to texts. Stay out longer. Turn her down to hangout sometimes. Let her call you and hear girls in the background. There are plenty of examples on /r/theredpill of guys doing just this and completely turning things around. She's either genuinely got some depression going on, fucking someone else, or you have bored her to death and repulse her because you went beta. She's a woman, she needs feelings, all kinds of them. Good, bad, and ugly feelings are all that matters. When a woman stops fucking you, it's always the first clue that the end is soon if you don't change things ASAP.

The cure for all of those is either get rid of her, or ramp up that dread game. Not sure how old you are, but posting a new pic on social media that will get a lot of likes from other girls is a good, quick way to get a young girl jealous and her mind start making up scenarios that don't exist. You should not even look at her social media, like a picture or post, or comment on anything, especially if you usually do.

How to be a good man if your woman is in crisis and she's worth something:

1 - Think of a way out for her, come up with a solid plan for her to follow and get out of the crap. You have outside view Sometimes there's no way out, so you're better off letting her sink alone, it's not like you owe her to die and be buried together.;
2 - Assess how much emotional and real world support you feel she needs to enact the plan you came up with. Consider whether you'll offer that to her. Sometimes you lack the resources, sometimes she's just not worth the hassle. 6 - AFTER taking a break hear her explanation for not acting and assess whether it's fair and you should (if you can afford, of course, sometimes we're just exhausted already) comfort her a while longer, or if you'll proceed with detaching until she acts or you pass the point of no return.
