Look, I'm sure you are proud of what you have done, and truthfully you should be, but don't think you have "Arrived" at this point.

I know, for a fact, that you have now gone from "fat fat" to "skinny fat:, you can just hide it well due to the fact that you do have a large frame. However, as you continue dropping pounds of fat, which you do still have to lose, it is going to become very apparent that "u dont even lift brah", in the grand scheme of things. I mean surely prove me wrong and drop a shirtless double bi pose on me if you can, but we all know there is a reason you kept your shirt on right?

I got a little salty on this one sure, because when some fucking dude who obviously has missed the gym for the better part of the last decade starts saying "Ask me for advice", well you deserve to get shit on a little.

That said, keep it up, but you are 2-3 years away from a physique to be proud of.

I'm glad you've made progress and you're excited to share it, but you still have a long way to go. If I was impressed by your transformation then I'd ask for advice, but I'm not. Get down to 10% bodyfat with 3 plate bench, 4 plate squat and 5 plate deadlift and I'll ask for tips.

Here is a good workout that I wrote for one of my buddies who is trying to lose some weight but also gain muscle. High volume sets will definitely kick your ass into shape real quick. If you need any help just PM me.

Legs:

Barbell squats 4 sets 8-12 Leg press 4 sets 15; 1 drop set Leg extensions 4 sets 15 Seated leg curls 10 sets 30, end with 10 Laying leg curl 3 sets 15,12,10 Hyperextension 3 sets 15+ Hip adductor 3 sets 12-15 Seated calf raises(heavy) 5 sets 15,15,12,12,10 Seated calf raises(1 leg light) 3 sets 12-15

Chest:

Slight Incline dumbbell flyes 3 sets 15,12,10 Barbell bench press 4 sets 15,12,10,10 1 drop Hammer strength chest press 4 sets 15 Cable flyes 4 sets 15 Bodyweight chest dips 3 sets 10

Biceps/ triceps:
