Haha I understand. I'm trying to compartmentalize the emotional and physical needs I usually use women for and replace them the same way. I dont think we disagree. I think I'm explaining myself poorly. The way I see it we were endowed by biology with certain instincts that in nature are directed towards women. That doesn't mean that those instincts are good for us. For example the mating instinct of male insects who are consumed by the females after sex. Those male insects still want to fulfill their mating instinct and a sex doll would be great for them. Human males have a lot of instincts in addition to that. Like raising children and providing and caring for a family. This obviously isn't a good idea. We both know that but I think its important to find something to help fulfill those instincts safely. Like you said you'd like to get a dog to take care of. Presumably to fullfill a instinct you have to care for and provide ans dogs are a great and safe way to do that. I agree dogs > women. I'd also say dogs > all humans. That might just be me. I really like dogs.
So all I really meant to say is I'm trying to break apart my instincts and fulfill them in a productive way.
Kind of like if someone wrongs you the instinct is to retaliate physically. Thats not the smartest strategy. Its better to retaliate in a more civilized way and hit the gym a bit harder to burn of the physical instinct.
For example, I recently had an incompetent boss who blamed be when he broke equipment and messed up my schedule. I documented his failures and my use of the equipment built up a case and then sent it to his boss. He got fired and I dont have any assault charges. My instinct was to just beat him to death but that obviously isn't a good way to deal with it.

My gym routine is entirely centered around cosmetic appearance. Its not about building your strength or your body its only about taking good pictures and being as proportionally aesthetic as possible.
For guys on this sub who never went to a gym before i recommend looking up basic beginner routines for strength building and progressing from there. Get a 50$ pull up bar and install it in your place. Can you do front facing pull-ups? Dont feel bad most people cant since they only ever worked their biceps so they can do that form of pull up all day long. If not then what exercises do you need to build the other muscle until you can do those pull ups? do them and work up to being able to do the pull up and then 2 of them and then 4-5 and so on. Can you do a handstand pushup? then do a pike pushup instead and work towards it. Cant even do a pike push-up because you are not flexible enough and have a huge beergut? then work your abdominals and do daily stretching routines until you are flexible enough and make that your first goal. Just look up all the exercises and see if you can do them or not then make it a goal to build yourself up until you can do them. Can you do a plank for 30 seconds? work on it until you can and then go for 60 and then 90. Can you run a mile without stopping or slowing to a walk? alternate running and walking for 3 miles until your cardio is strong enough for a solid mile run. Practice on a treadmill at home if your fat and out of shape and self concious of other people looking at you. Then try 2 miles. Then 3
Working out should be about loving yourself and your own body and wanting to achieve something great through discipline and hard work. It should not be about impressing whores and getting laid like what those clowns at TRP preach.

Regular cardio (get your blood pumping even if its just 20-30 minutes on a treadmill every day) the blood flow to extremities and regular sweating to push oil/dirt out of your pores is very important. Most of the shit that the skincare industry sells you is snakeoil but good skin exfoliate followed by a soft non-irritating body wash and then a decent moisturizer with some vitamin E and other essential nutrients (quickly press dry your body with a towel after you exit the shower to get rid of excess water and then immediately apply moisturizer before the epidermis layer of the skin dries out) its a simple routine that you can do every day after you work out and get a solid sweat going.
Most important things for skin are a clean diet avoid too much grease and sugar and also keep wheat based carbs to a minimum (bread/pasta). Avoiding smoking, drugs and regular use of alcohol and get a minimum 8 hours a sleep a day.
Drink lots of water. Get a solid water filtration system and set that shit up ASAP. Tap water has alot of nasty shit in it including hormone shit from birth-control in the water supply so unless you're in a clean region like the rocky mountains. The money you will save on buying bottled water will be worth it. Always drink a full 8-12 oz glass of purified water every night before bed. If you wake up with a bad headache or nasty cottonmouth its often because you went to bed dehydrated. If you do get drunk drinking lots of water helps reduce the effects of the hangover as well.
ITs hard at first to eliminate addicting things like sugar from your diet but if you do you will acclimate and eventually you will get to the point where sugar tastes nasty to you and you dont even want it anymore. I used to take my coffee with cream and sugar and now i just take it black or with straight cream because sugar in my coffee actually makes me gag.
