I cook with fermented soy products (soy sauce and miso paste) and I use tofu when I make pad thai, but that's it. I buy organic because soy is probably the most glyphosate-ridden crop there is, and with glyphosate being a probable carcinogen, yeah there you go.

People who eat soy processed foods are still eating processed foods, and processed foods are crap (sure, one can claim that miso and tofu are processed, but you know what I mean: factory-prepared meals).

Man wasn't made to eat too much of anything, soy included. Eat a little bit of everything, I say, and cook it yourself, and be happy!

I don't know if soy actually has anything to do with estrogen I've read way to many article on both side. All I kow is that nutrition information is way to contradictory at this point. Just avoid obvious processed junk food almost anything made from scratch is probably fine.

I don’t understand the idea of Soy Boy, for group that is about empowering men shouldn’t we be able to eat what we want? I don’t really see no difference of this and what I see in the toxicity in feminism. I was told by a doctor a healthy vegetarian diet is better than vegan diet. Availability for purchase, cost to manufacture and whether a person's lifestyle e.g if they're busy then food preparation would normally be a miss.

I've noticed how vegan food is expensive or unavailable when looking for it, if these cultists want people to digest their moral compass then they aren't promoting that aspect of affordability.
