I went to that place just because you posted this. There's a thread on that sub about how "Men using face foundation to hide their imperfection should be accepted, and not be seen as feminine."

No. Unless a man was in a bad accident or has some serious serious problems, he should never use foundation or any other form of makeup just to "hide his imperfections".

Reason being, it weakens a person to do that, and self-acceptance strengthens him. Unlike women who are generally shallow and get to live an easy life based on their (mostly made up) appearance, a man has to struggle and eventually learn to look beyond appearances.

Such habits will only get in his way and make things worse for him in the long run.

I said something similar in another post, that basically men internalize stoicism to protect themselves from society, women, and nature, because none of them care, as a matter of fact nature is the best of the three, because nature is indifferent, while society and especially women absolutely despise men who show their emotions.

Other men should be empathetic to men and their emotions, while simultaneously all understanding the need for stoicism amongst each other.

Had men been receiving all kinds of praise and attention for sharing emotions, nothing in the world would've stopped us. That has never been the case. We are victims of women, in this one; they expect us to listen to them, expect all the emotional support we can muster. Had they been giving that back, everything would be different. They just don't want to hear us, but they don't want to look closely at that. So, it's our fault.

To piggy back on what you’re saying. I think the only form of toxic masculinity is when toxic femininity leaches into a man’s behavior. When you open up to another man and he in turn gossips about you and you get ridiculed by the that mentality (in which men think they can gain status by a mob like thinking and secret sharing), you end up not wanting to open up.

I’n usually on board with you guys, but I don’t get this push by men who want to be up in their feels. Men are supposed to be stoic badasses. Cold, rugged individualism is what builds society and IDGAF who disagrees.

We’re built to lead and conquer, not to catch feelings. Men being shunned by society for doing otherwise is a genetic instinct by others, because deep down everyone else knows that emotional men, much like emotional women, are a weakness.

That emotional shit is a huge beta shit test. Do not fall for it unless you are in the presence of one or more other males who you 100% know will not give you shit for it.
