I was literally just talking about this. LibFems always want to start negotiations with men from a compromised position. They’ll ask for 50% of what is needed and then we get 15% because men are always going full speed 100% in their own interest. FDS is basically saying, uh, no, ask for and expect 110% and maybe we’ll get 80% for a change.

Feminism caters to men way too much. Remember when it actually fought for women once upon a time.. As with everything that starts with something catering to women it quickly devolves into other groups later because we always put ourselves last. It’s unfortunate what it has devolved into. Just like everything that involves us, there will always be people who take for granted our goodwill so they took advantage of it. Look what it is now ugh. Even when we try to mash up the food into little pieces and give them a glass of water these dudes still have a hard time swallowing the truth. Tis such a shame :(

My feminism is currently about spreading FDS to my friends tbh. It’s working. Radfeminism and FDS are compatible to a degree, at least for heterosexual radfems.

What you are talking about is liberal or third wave feminism. Radical feminists have always defended and fought for women's interests. It is important to know the difference.

Yes, feminism was all about freedom, independence and equality. Equal rights to men, being able to vote, wear pants, and have same opportunities to be employed and earn like men. However, by comparing our shitty situation to their privilege, the movement slowly became think like men, act like men, be men. Ew, no. No need to falsely idolize or think they're better or someone that women should aspire to be. The favorable situation was created by themselves for themselves via brute force and thousand years of oppression and cultural misogyny. Imitating masculinity is not the end goal to desire. We will never be identical, we are different, we think differently, our stakes are always higher. Femininity is not evil, motherhood is not evil (pregnancy is not offensive just for being a process not everyone can do or relate to), wanting traditional family for yourself isn't evil, refusing to oversexualize yourself and overindulge in casual sex is not prudish, having standards is not being entitled, having boundaries is not evil, being against trafficking and exploitation is not evil, vanilla sex is not shameful, womanhood is not weakness. This weird ”masculinity good, femininity bad” narrative can feel like ”woman bad, man good”, and isn't that counterproductive to feminism?
