I second Legally Blond, one of my favorites! To add a few more:

The Joy Luck Club has a strong female self-discovery and empowerment.
Atomic Blond and Alien are bad ass female leads if you like action.
First Wives Club and 9 to 5 are oldies but goodies about women standing up to sexism and mistreatment by men while still having a sense of humor and supporting each other.
Miss Congeniality and Drop Dead Gorgeous are just fun, female driven movies.
