Considering Marie has such a gentle image on TV shows, the idea of her throwing guys into a pit for a cheering mob is very funny to me.
Maybe this can be her new TV show: Does your relationship spark joy? If the person does not spark joy, they are thrown out. If the person maybe sparks joy, they are put in a box for closet storage and can be taken out later.

I have several men in a box in the back of my closet. Once in a while, I take one out, give it a shake, smell it, sit with it, and decide whether to return it to the box, put it on a prominent shelf in my room, or donate it to Goodwill.
