My family and friends used to love her...but they dislike her after what I’ve said about her to them. When I think of it now, it’s not even true.

I’ve noticed a recurring theme where men badmouth their ex (or soon-to-be ex) when going through a breakup,l. I had this happen during both of my breakups. They ran to their family and told them all of our business, twisting it to make it look like I was the bad guy and they were poor, abused victims.

Men always trash talk the woman and fail to mention any of the crap they pulled. Meanwhile, women will go out of their way to make sure their family doesn’t think bad of the guy, even during a breakup.

I’ve seen abused women defend their destructive man to their families, but a man would never do that. He’ll lie and slander her to whoever will listen.

I read this as... we were LDR. I thought that kept me from getting regular strange and rationalized a bunch of BS to her and everyone in my life so I didn’t look like the bad guy. Cut to 9 months later... no hot chicks want to fuck me and I am now filled with remorse that SHE WAS THE ONE!!! (He’s definitely on his knees in the rain with his fists to the sky in this scene) So much handwringing! So much ado about his bad behavior without him saying... hey... I took it all back to everyone I know and lamented to them to restore her reputation WAY before considering to unblock her. Cause hey, why do the labor of the right thing without the rewards, right? BTW... rewards =sex ALWAYS
