I'm 6'1-2, ~200 pounds, lifting on and off for 3~ years and the best I could bench at my peak was around 200 pounds x 4~ times on 4th set. Meanwhile there are dudes that bench 300~ pounds like It's nothing in less time, while I at best put on 5 pounds to my bench in 2 months, like what the fuck.

And let's not talk about my deadlifts or squats, they are barely above my bench which might be even more sad.

I wouldn't even say I'm a "normie" gym bro either. I have looked at some tutorials, read some material, looked up form. My routine is 95% Coolcicada's PPL, and I follow it start to finish every workout, sometimes adding extra sets.

As for diet - 4x eggs every morning, chicken & rice 2x portions + protein shake in the evening, every single day. If that's not at least somewhat clean and good diet then I don't know what is.

I genuinely feel stupid at this point how shit my progress is. Maybe It's because I grew up as a super skinny 24/7 degenerate video game addict without playing much sports, so maybe there's no base or some shit, only starting lifting at ~17 but I don't want it to be an excuse.

I look pretty damn good, but man do I feel weak. I'm writing this post to hopefully find reasons as to why I'm doing so poorly.
