The general advice TRP gives to women is to make use of their looks while in their early twenties to marry a man older than them. What are your opinions on relationships with age gaps (>10)? Is there really something to be gained in marrying a man older than yourself?

I have nothing against older men personally, and often find them attractive, but whenever I see a man in his 30s+ hitting on myself or a girl of similar age two things go through my mind:

1)The fact he hasn't settled yet means he's either not looking to settle or a part of his character is stopping him from settling (eg promiscuity, poor communication skills, abusive tendencies etc)
2)The fact he's going after a woman much younger over his peers suggests appearances are more important to him than personality/character

Is this really the type of man I should be persuing? If I do choose to look for an older man where do I start? As a college student I don't interact with many men that age and those I have met have been in nightclubs or online dating.
Just looking for some RPW's opinions on the benefits/downfalls of older men and where to look for potential high quality older partners.
