The best way I've had meeting girls is being genuinly busy, going places - where girls are. And take action, stop to talk with them for awhile. It's that simple.

Some places that I've actually got five to ten minutes conversations. Found out she was interesting and got her number. Setup a meetup. And fucked on the second meetup.

Taking walks in the city. Just by getting off the train a couple of stations earlier (or walking with my bike) I get abundance of women walking towards me to stop and see if she is interesting. One girl I stopped for five minutes with my bike in hand. I actually walked passed her because I was in a funk for not approaching the ten previous girls I noticed. Turned around and got talking. Said we should meet again. Arrange a dinner date after going to the gym and on the way home. Second time we meet at her place and fuck.
Yoga class. Stayed a couple of minutes after. A girl next to me did as well. Treat her a falafel dinner and finger her. Next time we go to the gym and I tell her what we do. And to think of me in the shower. And we go back to my place.
Salsa class. Lots of girls. Just go there to practice salsa. And eventually multiple girls will show interest.
Open salsa dancing. Great places to meet girls and want to meet a confident guy that will take them on an adventure.
Nightclubs. I don't usually do it. But being out at night with alcohol and you are bound to meet a girl that want to fuck you eventually. Meet a girl with her friend outside a place. Chatted with them. decided I'll join them for awhile going to the nightclub. Talk with twenty people inside. Meet up the first girl again and we get heavy kino inside our pants. She doesn't want to get home with me. I say okay, and walk away. I meet a friend and chat with him and his buddy. She eventually comes back and says she is ready to go now. While dropping this as we leave "what would you do if I had not come back?" My response is, "found another girl."
Dating sites. Get a decent profile. Text a bunch of women. Setup a date. Make it multiple locations. Escalate or setup another meetup. Escalate again.
The subway. Just start chatting with girls on the next seat. This has gotten me "wow you've made my month" (I don't quite remember what she said, but she was ecstatic of the two minute conversation we had). Numbers and dates.

The biggest obstacle for me has always been getting out of my head, and just do it. Move forward with confidence. Stop girls. Talk with them. Mess up. Accept it. Maybe she isn't interesting, or busy. Maybe she want's to meet up again. It's just practice. Thinking doesn't solve anything but creating headaches. It's just practice talking with girls and enjoying myself.

TRP doesn't like it much, but I go on dating websites to scoop a few up every once in a while. I don't stay long though; a few weeks or so. It's easy and cheap :p

Any job with a high amount of female foot traffic. Think bartender, bouncer, model photographer, restaurants, etc.

Any hobby with good social qualities. Playing Vidya games is a fun hobby, very poor social aspect. Playing poker is a fun hobby, and is occasionally social. Ballroom dancing is a fun hobby, and is extremely social. Pick up dancing and other hobbies like it with a large amount of social interaction.

Remember, approaching & flirting is a lifestyle, not something you do when you want a new girl. Open girls everywhere. Talk to everyone. Flirt and tease with everyone. One day this will just become who you are, and you will do it by reflex. Alot of these interactions will lead nowhere. Flirting with the cashier who has a ring on her finger and has a fiance. But it's still good practice.

Best, implying there are a lot of ways, but just picking on the top. Under 30? Take up a theater art. Over 30? Find some life interest and go to community college to pursue it. I speak from experience here.

Pretty simple to write, can be difficult to implement, but it's really only 3 things.

create the best version of yourself, lift, read, do awesome shit
approach constantly and give invites to join you. (Not ask permission to take them somewhere)
maintain social proof, you can use social media, abundance, whatever, just ensure when people ask about you several hot chicks are mentioned. Have that excitement.

Each of these could be natural or take a long time to build, that's your life, I can't advise you. But get those 3 down and you'll be fucked daily and happily with little issue (IME)
