Guys,

I tried for a year, I have been on supervised visitation as my ex sold the court that I am terrible father to my two boys and a threat to them. My custody order allows me to have them every Saturday from 11 to 7 watched by my parents who are in their 70's. I have an 17 year old son that lives with me permanently, straight A's, multiple varsity sport player and a full ride to multiple colleges.

She never follows the order and gives me overnights every weekend. However when we discuss support she claims that I have no overnights to penalize me with an additional 20% in support..

Last weekend I refused to have them overnight, not because i didn't want them, i just want her to back down. So she flipped out on me, called me a bad Dad for following the order because she had plans and things she scheduled and I screwed it all up as she plans her life around them being with me.

I have two children in school full time and she does not work, so I'm sick of I do not have time during the week to get anything done.

I have been destroyed financially and I'm living at home with my parents as legal fees are so high I can not have anything for myself and I make 6 figures per year. This week I actually had to sell my car just to keep up and borrow my parents car to get to work.

When we go for increase in support or deductions it costs me thousands of dollars as it does for her because we never can agree.

I'm bankrupted. I work every day to support a lifestyle for someone that cheated on me and I'm sick of it. Well over 6k.

I'm out! I'm not picking money over my kids, I'm picking to have some sort of life after this.

Am I wrong?
