Well well well. The shoe is on the other foot and they don't like it. Can someone tell her to grow up and woman up and stop making everything about money? The man invested in the marriage and deserves HALF.

I used to work at a place where one of my colleagues, a married woman, kept making advances even though she knew I was in a long term relationship. Because I kept refusing she tried to make my life hell. Luckily my boss was a man and he knew about her tricks so that helped. One of the things she used to do was tell everyone about her lovers (and that obviously meant that she was cheating on her husband). I did not know the man but felt so sorry for him. He was a rich businessman and she entered the marriage with nothing.

Recently my ex boss told me that her husband had left her and she had taken away half of his possessions. She had driven him crazy with her cheating and she ended the one reaping the rewards.

I don’t hate women either, quite the contrary. But to get any sort remorse, a lot of these chicks are going to have to eat it.

I notice when females really dont have a good reason to dump their husband they commited to they say they are emotionally abused to distract from them looking like assholes. Not saying there are not dudes out there like that but men live with constant emotional abuse from females.

[–]Potomato 19 points20 points21 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Yep seen it first hand, really soured my relationship with my mom for years.

You cheated on my dad, refused to help around the house and spent the last five years popping pills on the couch and sleeping.

Yeah my dad put up with a lot, but she was the abusive one and it’s still hard to get over.

One of the foundational tactics of the feminist manifesto. The definition of that emotional abuse is so flimsy that you can pretty much accuse anyone on the planet of it.

Leech? Your own spouse? This is how you think of him? She should do him a favor and divorce him.

Equality and equal treatment sucks, huh?

Now she has an idea what it feels like to be punished for looking after a family.

[–]HelloYouBeautiful 70 points71 points72 points 6 years ago* (61 children) | Copy Link

I feel tremendous empathy for her. I hope someday we will have a system where this won't happen to anybody, no matter their sex. Remember, two wrongs don't make a right. Direct your frustration against the ones who causes the suffering, and don't discriminate against an entire sex. We are not feminists.

[–]Demonspawn 4 points5 points6 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I hope someday we will have a system where this won't happen to anybody, no matter their sex. Remember, two wrongs don't make a right.

I agree. This shouldn't happen to anyone.

On the other hand, this won't be fixed until enough women feel the pain.

[–]deez_nuts_730 34 points35 points36 points 6 years ago (21 children) | Copy Link

I agree with you. I'm sorry you took a sane stance. I'm noticing a lot of people here just want blood against women because to them woman=feminist. This woman shouldnt have to lose her financial security to her husband. Th same people downvoting you are probably the same people who say Bezos' wife shouldnt have had half his earnings. No she shouldnt have but this is the same situation and if people cant see that then their opinions shouldnt matter to you.

[–]HelloYouBeautiful 11 points12 points13 points 6 years ago (20 children) | Copy Link

Thanks mate. Glad to see you understood this reference. I think the only way to stop this dangerously powerful movement is to act sane. Wins in the long run

[–]motrhed39 points 6 years ago* [recovered] (19 children) | Copy Link

its not that I hate women, but do you guys have any proof what she has said in this post is true? or are you just white knighting for karma?

[–]ArCSelkie37 5 points6 points7 points 6 years ago (9 children) | Copy Link

I mean this is a pointless question to ask, ofc we don’t have proof. Everything on reddit could be bullshit for all we know.

You can still empathise with the hypothetical plight this person is in. The point isn’t if it’s true or false, the point is this shouldnt happen to anyone.

[–]RealBiggly 5 points6 points7 points 6 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link

Yes IT SHOULD HAPPEN. Women should get it GOOD AND HARD, because that's the only way this shit will ever change.

[–]ArCSelkie37 4 points5 points6 points 6 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

But I thought we wanted it so that men didn’t get half of their stuff taken in a divorce? How does being vindictive to a lady help that cause? If this hypothetical man doesn’t contribute he shouldn’t get half, neither should a woman in the reverse. Why change your principles just so you can laugh at the misfortune of another person and arbitrarily decide they must deserve it.

It just makes you look like a bitter man.

[–]SchalaZeal01 9 points10 points11 points 6 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

It's more of a "until the shoe is on the other foot, no one in politics will give a fuck". It's pragmatic.

Want to end conscription? Send women.

[–]RealBiggly 7 points8 points9 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Yep, I've long said if you want to stop wars, draft women.

[–]ArCSelkie37 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

As far as i know my country doesn’t have the draft.

[–]SchalaZeal01 3 points4 points5 points 6 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

A lot of countries have drafts during wars, or military service. The US are unique in that they want pre-registration of all males. Canada doesn't do that, and still had conscription in WW2.

[–]RealBiggly 3 points4 points5 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Not so much bitter as pragmatic.

It's not seen by society as a problem until it affects women, so bring it on, hurt a lot of women and hurt them hard. The more women hurt the faster this shit will be changed.

[–]TheDwiin 3 points4 points5 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I disagree about this being white knighting.

The Men's Rights Movement isn't about women suffering the same disadvantages as men. It's about spreading awareness of the disadvantages men face that society largely ignores because we're men, and working towards righting them. Just like how most feminists will argue that is exactly what feminism is but for women. The issue is that both groups have vocal minorities that make it seem like both movements have an "us vs them" mentality to them and this post only feeds that.

Honestly this post doesn't fit this subreddit. It belongs in r/pussypassdenied

[–]Drippinice 1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

[–]antilopes 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Proof is impossible in almost all cases Reddit is asked for advice on, and it is ridiculous of you to ask for it.

Reddit can be really useful for discussing issues but to make that work you often need to accept the story as given.

You may mention other possibilities e.g. that she is the real abuser, but first you need to think about whether that is enabling a productive avenue of discussion or whether you are exploding the scenario into an unmanageable mess of uncertainties, or whether your motivation is to dodge a subject which causes you difficult emotions.

Just kidding about the last one. Other people would have to make that judgement because it would be invisible to you.

[–]HelloYouBeautiful -2 points-1 points0 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

No, not at all, but thats not the point really. I have no indluence on her case whatsoever, and the post doesn't have any proof for or against. My comment is not for her, and not really about her. Its a statement to make sure that people in this sub make sure to keep fighting for equility, and not just woman bashing. Again, my comment wasnt for her, it was more a reminder for this sub to remember to keep fighting the cause for the right reasons.

[–][deleted] 15 points16 points17 points 6 years ago (20 children) | Copy Link

Oh shut up. Let her be an example. You outta know by now that women won’t take the high road just because we did.

[–]HelloYouBeautiful 8 points9 points10 points 6 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link

I agree 100% which is why most people are starting to realize that feminism is nothing but a marxist ideology. That doesn't mean I hate women, which I think is the fundamental difference between feminism and equlity. Hate is loud and powerful, but not that sympathic in the long run when normal people start to open their eyes. From my perspective it looks like the tables are about to turn, slowly. The feminists are getting louder and more extreme, but the regular Joe is distancing from it slowly. If we just act the same way they do, nothing will change.

Edit: I just wanted to add that I sincerly understand where you are coming from.

You want her to suffer, not because of anything she did, but because she shares a gender with people you hate.

The fuck is wrong with you?

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 6 years ago (17 children) | Copy Link

First of all, you are socially retarded and need to deal with that. But yes and no. I want her to suffer, like the better men than me that suffered before her for no reason.

Second of all, eat your smegma Redditor.

[–]Huitzil37 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

You want her to suffer because you think people of your gender suffered at the hands of people of her gender.

And the difference between you and a feminist is... what, exactly?

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 6 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

What? How do you develop with such bad rationalization skills? I just want equality for her, Chris Crocker. Why should she get a pass just because she’s a female? That’s sexist. Check mate retard

[–]Huitzil37 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

Are you a GPT-2 bot trained on a corpus of insufferable smugness?

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

No. I’m just more intelligent in a well rounded way, and quicker than you because I don’t have to do mental gymnastics to pull shit out of a hat. You just embarrassed the fuck out of yourself and I’m trying my damnedest to not cleave your head off metaphorically, sorry it’s coming off as smugness

[–]Huitzil37 1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I think to metaphorically cleave my head off, you'd have to engage with some actual ideas, instead of just vomiting out intellectual posturing that reads like it came out of a forum signature in 2004.

And to engage with actual ideas, you'd have to have some understanding of what was happening around you, some referent to the semantic content of the words being used.

Still not seeing a difference between you and GPT-2, much less the difference between you and a feminist.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Get off Reddit. You’re not reddy

[–][deleted] -1 points0 points1 point 6 years ago (10 children) | Copy Link

What makes him socially retarded? His response hit the nail on the head. You want her to suffer because she shares a gender with people you hate.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

You’re socially retarded too. This isn’t a difficult concept.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

Why do you keep responding across multiple comments like a sperg? Your hatred of women and vindictiveness is clear in your comments and being obtuse isn't doing you any favors.

We're saying that courts should adopt fairer divorce policies for both sexes. You're saying that women need to pay because of the men who have been treated unfairly. Your adversarial approach is unnecessary and ultimately damaging, so do us all a favor and piss right off.

[–][deleted] -2 points-1 points0 points 6 years ago* (2 children) | Copy Link

I’m not even reading beyond that first sentence. You’re just mad because you have no fucking point but you want to. You argue like a pissed off teenage girl. Fuck yourself with a rake and go to sleep.

Edit: I just viewed your post history and my God, the only thing that’s consistent about the way you think is you’re not consistent at all.

[–][deleted] -1 points0 points1 point 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I’m not even reading beyond that first sentence.

I just viewed your post history

You are so unintentionally hilarious that I'm actually enjoying watching you sperg out.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

You’re projecting so hard. God I hate Redditors, I don’t know why I keep coming back to this cesspool of retards

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

No. We want her to go through it. Because when enough women do, they will make the courts change the laws that have been fucking us for ages.

[–]Huitzil37 -1 points0 points1 point 6 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Wishing suffering on people because of their gender is evil.

Gloating over people's suffering because of their gender is evil.

Acknowledging that someone did not do anything to deserve suffering, but wishing it upon them anyway for tactical reasons, is evil.

These things are evil when feminists do them, and evil when non-feminists do them. It is the same logic they use when they say that men should suffer as a penance for women's fear of rape.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

You can't be that slow. No one is "wishing" anything.

We have a system that is insanely biased against us. They don't want it changed because it favors them. That pretty much why MRA's are hated because we are trying to take away easy money.

Now that tables are turning and they are becoming bread winners, they will begin to advocate for the same laws we have. Because now those laws no longer favor them

Not just feminists, but ALL women like the idea of alimony and child support. I would. It's free money.

The ONLY way to get them to join our fight is if they see the negatives.

THAT IS WHY WE ARE HAPPY. BECAUSE IF ENOUGH WOMEN FEEL IT. THOSE SAME WOMEN AKA FEMINISTS WILL FIGHT FOR THE LAWS TO GET CHANGED

Get it?

[–]Huitzil37 -1 points0 points1 point 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

You are gloating over the suffering of another person, a person whose political views you DO NOT KNOW, because of her gender. No amount of smugness and no amount of posturing will change that fact. You want to change an unfair system that chews people up, but you are happy to see this unfair system chew someone up because of her gender. This is not how someone who cares about equality behaves. Someone who cares about equality does not gloat over the suffering of the innocent because they think it will benefit their cause. Psychopaths do that.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I want her to deal with the consequences for reasons that have absolutely nothing to do with her sex. Man or woman, this sucks and now she can live it. It would be sexist to let her get by unscathed just because she’s female. This is the 21st century, she can deal with it like the rest of us otherwise I don’t ever want to hear another female cry about equality again.

[–]Lethn 5 points6 points7 points 6 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

I don't, the type of women who bitch about this probably only weeks before likely sneer at articles that detail how men got robbed of everything and had their children taken away from them by their ex-wives. Now don't get me wrong, it could be she's genuinely under distress but unfortunately experience has shown me otherwise in most cases. When I look at posts like this I have to wonder what the husband she's inevitably railing against would think? Either he's looked this up and is smart enough to keep his mouth shut while he prepares his lawyers or she's writing this post behind her back. The reason I think she's one of the classic bitchy women we're all used to is because she's clearly made this post without the husband's knowledge and is looking for validation on social media.

[–]HelloYouBeautiful -1 points0 points1 point 6 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

I agree. probably. My comment was more meant as an moral principle. Innocent untill proven guilty. Theres a reason i posted my comment here, and not in her thread. She probably wont use my sympathies for anything good, however I think its an important reminder for this sub, that we shouldnt be hypocritical.

[–]Lethn 3 points4 points5 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I believe in innocent until proven guilty, but I will always, always get suspicious of somebody who makes an accusation over social media rather than go through proper legal channels first. When you look at how honest people operate on the internet vs dishonest one of the biggest things is what they will post about other people online especially if they're dealing with shit.

This is very true by the way when it comes to people making serious accusations of rape for example or some form of sexual assault and harassment and they don't go to the police, that's a big red flag. In the case of the woman here she's outright stating that her husband is abusive and she's 'afraid' he'll take money from her account. That doesn't fucking add up, if your husband was genuinely abusive you'd just go to the courts already, you wouldn't go to social media and write a lengthy and emotional diatribe about it which is why I simply don't trust this sort of shit.

[–]HelloYouBeautiful 1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link

Very true. I think feminism is starting to kill themselves from within. Fenimism was supposed to (or so some people thought) to be the place to go for help if you as a woman was abused. All these false accusations does a lot of damage to real victims. When feminism no longer have the support of real victims, it will collapse.

Edit: in her case she didnt even need to tell wether or not the husband was abusive. Wouldnt suprise me if she was the abuser, hence why she comes across as someone trying really Hard to gain support and sympathy. However, this is just speculation and generalisation. I therefore have to give her the benefit of the doubt.

[–]SaggingZebra 1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I like your comment but just want to clarify that you mean "suffering" (state of feeling pain or distress) not "suffrage" (the right to vote in elections).

[–]HelloYouBeautiful 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Thanks, I do :-)

[+]Koguin -6 points-5 points-4 points 6 years ago (10 children) | Copy Link

Can we stop confusing the term β€œfeminist”? Anyone who is sexist is not a feminist by definition. Equality is the basis of feminism, and if someone discriminates against an entire sex then they are not an actual feminist.

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 6 years ago (9 children) | Copy Link

lol it's funny that you actually believe that

[–]Koguin -1 points0 points1 point 6 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link

That’s the dictionary and historical definition of feminism. That is objectively true. Go ahead and argue that in practice many people who claim to be feminists don’t actually support men’s rights as well. But in that case they are not labeling themselves correctly and they are misrepresenting their ideology

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

It's not objectively true when the overwhelming majority of feminists don't practice it. The standard rhetoric from feminists about men is vitriolic, the movement has lobbied for policies which have done indescribable harm to men, and it turns a blind eye to the problems which men suffer.

I'm over feminists who just act disingenuous on this issue. Mainstream feminism, whether you like it or not, is hateful of men. Hateful articles about men are published in mainstream media outlets daily, and you still think that it's just a handful of random fake feminists? Please.

Want feminism to look better? Acknowledge the man hating problem. Speak out against it when you see it. Encourage other feminists to be better human beings. Stop denying it over and over thinking it'll go away.

[–]Koguin -1 points0 points1 point 6 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

I don’t think you are understanding. You are describing MISANDRISTS and not feminists. The term β€œfeminism” has been distorted because there are extreme individuals who support women’s rights and don’t actually support men’s rights. These people claim to be feminists when they are not in fact feminists. All those articles that belittle men? Those are not feminist articles. The name of feminism has been corrupted by that sort of misandry. A real feminist would support women’s rights in a way that establishes equality. Hurting men while supporting women isn’t equality at all.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I'm not misunderstanding anything. I'm reading what you are saying, and telling you that it is completely wrong. I have had enough encounters with feminists and feminist communities to tell you for fact that misandry is the standard in the movement.

You don't get to pick and choose only the best parts of your movement to make it look good. It's a boring and old No True Scotsman fallacy, and I've heard it for years. Feminism in the media is sexist, feminism in politics is sexist, and feminism in academia is sexist. Feminists who do not have at least some degree of hatred for men are a minority.

Right, and all those murderous dystopian police states weren't REAL Communism, because REAL Communism is by definition good!

This is bullshit and you know it's bullshit.

[–]Koguin 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

That’s a real bullshit analogy. Communism by definition is not defined by how good it is. Neither is feminism. These two are just ideologies. Good is completely subjective and not necessarily intrinsic to the beliefs.

[–]Huitzil37 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Communism defines itself as leading to a workers' paradise, not a dystopian police state. Communists say all of those dystopian police states weren't real Communism. But we can notice the pattern and refuse to play their definition game.

Feminism defines itself as seeking equality, not hating men. Feminists say that all the man-hating done in their name, with their power and support, isn't real feminism. But we can notice the pattern and refuse to play their definition game.

[–]Koguin 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Here’s the difference: the push for universal suffrage is feminist. The push for governmental control of the means of production is communism. Universal suffrage is not man hating. A misandrist would deprive men of suffrage and support women’s suffrage. Feminism is not misandry in practice. For communism, in practice it is a dystopian society. You can’t compare feminism with communism in that sense

Any advice? Well, feminists made the bed of equality and since men and women are equal, you'll have to deal with the very thing men dealt with since day 0. Welcome to equality.

[–]Cimiclette 3 points4 points5 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Welcome to reality, sucks doesn’t it?

Good to know. I have just been harassed for being a member of this group.

LOL. She's only been married 4 years? She'll be fine. Might have to split some assets - which I actually think is fair. But then she's rid of him. She'd be unlikely to pay any alimony or child support in any jurisdiction.

Woman get more of the salary than the man. Especially in Canada.

[–]deez_nuts_730 11 points12 points13 points 6 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

No he doesnt deserve half. If she made most of the financial contributions then she deserves most of the returns. Defaulting to half of financial gains is just wrong. I'm sure you wouldnt agree that Bezos' wife deserves half of his earnings. Fairness is fairness. What is earned is what is due. Yes she is echoing a plight most often experienced by men. Highlight that instead of saying that she should lose half of her money because it would somehow balance out the equation.

[–]RealBiggly 14 points15 points16 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Yes he DOES deserve half, under our current system. Only by women being hurt by the system will the system ever change, because when it was only men hurt it hasn't changed for decades, has it?

Time and time again we see the same thing, no action taken AT ALL, until women are affected, at which point it becomes A FUCKING EMERGENCY WE HAVE TO DEAL WITH RIGHT NOOOOW!

We literally face a situation where only women suffering will free men, so let her suffer.

[–]you_have_hiv_bitch 2 points3 points4 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

The ideal situation is a completely just system. The next best thing is partially unjust system. The worst thing is a completely unjust system. Women and men being affected equally by an unfair practice is preferable to only men being affected. He might not deserve half on the merits of the situation, but he does deserve to be treated equally to how a woman would without discrimination based on his gender.

Jeff's wife certainly deserves something. He said himself she deserves because amazon wouldn't be where it is today without her

[–]horonlapsi 1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Well know she know how all the men feel when they get cheated on and half a year later lose half of their shit anyway dont get married

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I mean you walked right into this guillotine with nothing other than a sore ass and acted like you were onto so gotcha moment. Lmfao fucking moron

[–]Randomdude2501 1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link

Looking at these comments just makes me think about all those comments on feminist destroyer vids by MGTOW channels. Are we like them now? Like Jesus Christ, I get that this happens a lot to us guys but why should we be cheering when it happens to a woman simply because she’s a woman?

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

Yes. Because it means if it happens to them enough, THE LAW WILL GET CHANGED

[–]NerdGuyLol -2 points-1 points0 points 6 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

That's messed up as fuck

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

It is, but for years we've been complaining about it. It's in place cos women want it. Now that they are starting to get affected, they'll want to see the change we've wanted for decades.

No. They will fight for it

[–]NerdGuyLol -2 points-1 points0 points 6 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

And we're willing to support abusers to get what we want? No. This movement is about equality and this is the wrong way to go about it

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

Please. Tell me the right way. What way have we NOT tried?

It's because of people like you that we are in this hole in the first place

[–]NerdGuyLol -1 points0 points1 point 6 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

What, because I don't support abuse? I'm an MRA. Supporting abuse is not how to go about this

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Where is the abuse? Because she said emotionally abusive? Do you know that's the ho to line for women who want to break up but have zero excuse?

Let me guess. You believes amber heard too

[–]NerdGuyLol -1 points0 points1 point 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

No I don't believe Amber Heard. I'm sorry mani just don't agree

[–]Slade_Riprock 1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

HALF

[–]Billsplacenta 2 points3 points4 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I think everyone that responds to this should state if they are a man or a woman to see why they are agreeing or not.

[–]Rigma 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

I hope this bitch gets taken for everything. Go luck to her future ex-husband.

[–]NerdGuyLol 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Her ex-husband is abusive. Are you a mongoloid

[–]jademonkeys_79 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Either you're a ignorant asshole or a sexist asshole or both

[–]NerdGuyLol -1 points0 points1 point 6 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

Wow dude, you sure did show that emotionally abused woman who's boss. Wish I was as cool as you /s

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

Same way they've been showing emotionally abused men who is boss?

This... Sir, is equality

[–]NerdGuyLol 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

No, this is revenge. This is wrong the same way that "women should get paid more because the PaTrIARcHy" is wrong

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

Okay. What route should we take that we haven't taken?

Open to suggestions

[–]NerdGuyLol 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

Campaign ourselves. If women want to campaign with us too, that's great. But to get support through the suffering of others is not the way

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

That IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET SUPPORT. They will NEVER campaign against something that benefit them.

Now. When it starts to hurt. They will campaign with us.

They NEED to feel the pain to understand.

If my retirement was assured, all I had to do is fuck a woman and say yes and divorce her and get alimony, why should I help change that?

You can't be that slow

[–]Randomdude2501 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

How are we going to get support this way? Explain please because I doubt people would be more empathetic to our cause if we encourage the suffering of someone who may be innocent.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Because it means now women who make money and have influence will now want the courts to abolish alimony
