Because it's easier to blame an entire gender than the incredibly tiny portion of people who commit sexual assault and then cut out the portion of them whose gender doesn't align with the one you want to demonize as a scapgoat for your hurtfeelz.

Reminder that self-defense and assertiveness classes lower rape incidents by 50%. But feminists don't like that because they have an illness and would rather keep attacking all men than actually help women. It's mens job to create a utopia with no crime without any effort or agency from women being involved beyond shouting at men.

Their illness basically causes them to come out with "Well why should women have to do anything to prevent being raped by a man huh?!" and the correct response is, "You shouldn't. Most people realize the world is unfair before they even turn into adults, but you apparently haven't."

They sit around demanding the impossible (that we change society so that no man anywhere ever commit a rape of a woman) because the actually possible involves women doing something to actually fix it, and they can't stand that shit.

Long before I became an anti-feminist, I saw this list and was deeply repulsed by the people who made and endorsed it.

Rape is not a joke. It's deadly serious. To try to involve sarcasm or parody may have been well intentioned, but it's a profound mistake. Especially when the joke is predicated on a false notion: that criminals don't understand or will prevent their own criminality.

How hard is it to understand? Rapists are out there and don't care that we tell them to rape. You should take precautions to protect against rapists.
The problem is that (some) women don't want to be raped, but at the same time don't want to go through the discomfort of taking preventative measures.

I have to wonder what kind of person you and all the people that upvoted this post are. The fact that you would take actual offense to a post that simply says don't be a shitty person is fucking weird. Devote your energy to helping making the world a better place rather than getting mad over stupid shit.

You know that this post was created as a critique to address how women are taught to be safe and cover up and become less due to the actions of inappropriate men. Nowhere does anyone imply that all men are rapists- you are being obtuse and deliberately missing the point. The fact that you think someone suggesting men take responsibility reveals your sexism and lack of regard for women's wellbeing. People like you, who are offended at being told to be respectful and think of others for once, is the reason WHY we need posts like that written in the first place.
