There are glasses he can wear that fix colorblindness but is there a device that can simulate what foreskin is like for people that were circumcised as a baby? I just don't get how a person could want something on their body without having experienced it. What about male circumcision is bad? When my son was born the doctor told me that circumcision helps prevent future medical problems like a UTI and has overall benefits. I myself was circumcised as a kid as well. I have no idea what it's like to live life without circumcision since it happened to me when I was a baby. It's not as if I look at an uncircumcised penis and think "ah man, I wish mine looked like that"
Can someone explain to me the differences between the two and how both can harm or both can have a positive outcome.
I had no idea people experience that, as I don't have any of those issues. For me personally, I am happy it happened at an age where I was too young to remember. I wouldn't want to go through it as an adult. I can see how there could be negative effects, but why would a doctor tell me these things that everyone here says is wrong? I don't get it.

Well because of the potential pain it inflicts. Being an adult with a fully functioning brain and the comprehension of pain makes medical procedures, wrong may they be, more painful with a possible side effect of trauma.
As a baby, without a fully developed brain, I don't even have any memories until ~4-5 years of age. The pain? I don't remember. The trauma? I don't remember.
This is why I prefer having had it done when I was a baby rather than later in life.
I didn't say either of those. I just said I personally don't have any memory or any mental damage from the incident. I can't speak for everyone and neither can anyone else. We can only speak for ourselves and communicate our personal experience with others. IF it never happened to me, I probably wouldn't go to a doctor to have it done as an adult. But I don't argue hypotheticals. It happened to me and I personally don't remember the incident or have any lasting negative side effects that others here have talked about. If it happened when I was 6 or 7 I probably would have a negative opinion on it, but it didn't so I don't know.
