I can never understand the logic that if a man and woman are equally drunk, the men is guilty of rape. Feminists use the typical "power dynamic" argument, but in a way, isn't that speaking over the experience of the man who was too drunk to consent?

Generally speaking , women are FAR more likely to violate a man's personal space than the reverse, I'd estimate that it's by a factor of hundreds or so to 1.

I find number 10 particularly interesting because that's the way feminists choose to treat male rape victims. On the women's list, the focus is on punishing the offender and getting justice. On the men's list, it's about non-specific "support" for the victim. It provides no details, contact info, nothing. It's almost as if feminists view preventing women from raping men is dis-empowering women.

To be fair, these guidelines are correct considering the way courting works. Men have a lot to do, women have limits to set to pace things for their own feelings of self-worth. In looking at the bigger picture, this is sound advice. Aside from not providing the phone number on the men's handout (or men's side of the handout, could be double-sided like our standards for sexual activity) there isn't a lot of malign sexism.

What we should be addressing instead is why courting is still the way it is if we're supposed to be treating women like adults in 2018.

Also, if we all followed #8 no female would be getting any action from a guy. I am glad, however, they made note of alcohol the same way for men and women. Of course that doesn't mean alcohol-induced regrettable sex isn't going to be able to be called rape if a woman says it is...but you know.
