Hello, /r/mensrights! One of your members reached out to me during an AMA in a different sub to do an AMA here as well. While I am not self-identifying as a Mens Rights Activist, I do believe in equality, and that includes a lot of mens rights things I see many stand for.

I am a transgender male, and I would like to answer any questions to you for what that means, what experiences I've had, etc. The mods have agreed to me doing this as well, and I hope you all are just as into it as them.

For background info: I am in my 20s, and I was assigned female at birth. Around the age of 19, I began hormone replacement therapy. Now, many years later, I pass 100% as male in every day life. And as a result, I've seen a lot of the differences in how people treat men and women.

I'm here to answer anything you might be wondering about my experiences, as well as transgender related questions in general.

I'll try to answer everything, but as I've been warned by mods, a lot of times ya'll can get... rude. So, I'm putting forth a little rule here that I won't be answering any questions that are outright disrespectful. I value open discussion and healthy conversation, but I just don't have the energy to fight anyone who doesn't care to learn. So if I don't answer you, thats probably why. Or, perhaps I haven't seen your question yet. One or the other.
