fuck that. This is disgusting. I'm all for equality. But equality can not be misinterpreted as stacking the odds in favor of another gender. That's not how it works.

Women should have the same opportunities as men, not advantages.

This is what I don't understand. If I were to create an ad for promoting equality I would represent equality in the ad. For example through balancing the gender of actors.

This one however only says how women are superior, but disadvantaged (probably because patriarchy) with absolutly zero focus on equality.

Women opt out of climbing the corporate ladder because they would rather spend time with their children. I see it time and time again, woman get's advanced degree then works part time so she can raise her kids. Men don't have that choice, we are forced to either sink or swim.

I find this very unsettling as an ad campaign, nowhere in the 42-page document it says anything about hours worked or levels of qualifications or responsibility. Just the normal, men will earn more than women over their life time giving no information into why just trying to perpetuate the belief that it's some conspiracy against women.
