I agree with the analysis in this article, but people in the comments are pointing out one important aspect of this story that hasn't been touched on: how did he feel about the situation? if he didn't feel that he was raped, she may be innocent, even though a court could find her guilty of sexual assault based on his level of intoxication.

still, had a male comic told an analogous story about his encounter with a woman, he would be crucified. the double standard is sickening.

They both wanted it and neither person felt sour about it afterwards. It would in no way be rape either way, if I responded to some girl's late night booty call (as a guy) and she was on top of me and going down on me it would not be rape, just as how her joke (probably fictitious anyways...) is not about rape.
