I’ve been in a 18 month battle of attrition to get to get divorced. I have 50/50 parenting time and have moved out. Last week at a pre-trial conference the judge said they would divide my assets 40/60 in STBX‘s favor and awarded statutory maintenance and child support. The maintenance continues until I retire and the child support ends in a few years as my kids are teens.

I now either except these terms or go to trial. I’ve already spent six figures on legal fees. If I stop now I have 50/50 parenting, some retirement, cash to buy a small home and no debt. If I fight I probably send another $100k on combined legal fees and incur debt. What would you do here?
