Yesterday I commanded the court room like a mtfkn boss and Marine that I am!

I put the department of Child Support Services attorney and his social workers to shame for their incompetence and schooled them I put the other party to shame and tears for their entitlement because im not an ATM, got CS reduced from 2K down to $1,200, got the Judge to erase 10K in arrears that accrue 10% interest that doesn’t go to the Children, it goes to deadbeat baby Daddies and Mommies that don’t pay and State coffers. What many don’t know is that arrears is a debt to the government with a low payment like a credit card that snowballs! But moms are all about it because they see it as “backpay” to cash in, arrears would have prevented me from buying my kids a house, the hearing was FIRE Even the Judge couldn’t breath he was proud of me 🤣 he winked 😂

I set up $1,200, $300 additional above baseline to erase arrears and temporary through proceedings, the children and I won, Judge saw right through her and put her on fkn NOTICE to get a damn job once she graduates nursing school and he alluded and in his own wording basically said m’am you might end up paying him here soon!

Whether CS is used for the children or not (it’s not) I can’t make it my business, I now have receipts for my kids when they ask why I “wasn’t sending enough money” even though I pay private school and EVERYTHING!

Judge had to tell me to push mic 🎤 away cause I was blowing out his ears, I apologized and said sorry your honor, I will be heard, he laughed and said i’m hearing you!

I almost grabbed his gavel and ordereddd in the court to my damn self 😅👊🏽

Hiring attorney to draft the MSA, serve, give her 20 days to respond and going for default judgement cause i’m done playing with this fkn ho!
