I wake up every morning at 5 or 6 am depending how early I gotta leave for work. I drink my pre-workout. Shit my brains out then work out HARD for an hour or so. Its gotten to the point where I look forward to waking up every morning. Makes me more productive in the morning as well and gets me through the day. Otherwise I'd prob be punching holes in walls.

Understand grey rock. You are taking what you provided in the relationship away from her. It’s less about what she now doesn’t have and more about you not providing. Realize, as men, we are providers. We receive emotional fulfillment through providing. It’s hard as hell not to be a provider. When I say provided, there’s a whole lot more than just money and a home.

So I would ask what are other outlets where you can contribute and give of yourself. I can tell you about a day I will never forget. It was the first best day after separation. My friend was thinking about replacing his deck. I jumped in and said I am doing this with you. Let’s do it. Never worked on anything with him. Pushed him. His wife pushed him. Sun up to sun down we built a deck. It was freakin awesome. He was elated. His wife was elated. He and I connected at a different level.

Solid routine helps immensely. Tire yourself out. Just stay busy. There is no downside to productivity.
