You can go to the police station and just say here’s my divorce decree I know you’ll say this is a civil issue but could you at least write me a note that she withheld the kids or whatever.

Then do the same to her. I just didn’t show up next time. Obviously don’t want an Amber alert so just email and say, I’m using my make up day from January 13.

I like to train these ex wives. When they’re difficult I’m difficult. When they’re accommodating I’m accommodating.

Guess what, now she’s flexible and I don’t have to deal with any bs.

This was actually phase 2. Phase 1 was reverse psychology to get my parenting plan. “My turn to party you will watch the kid.” Wording very important here… if you tell them they will do something they will do the opposite lmao. Remember these ex wives are really dumb. They think some other dude is gonna help their kids. Play on their stupidity and predictable reactions.

Courts don't care about any of this until AT LEAST 6 months pass from the final judgment. So you get a free pass too and can micro violate. Just keep a strong record of HER violations, and only choose to violate small things that will irritate her the most to the point of threatening to "take you to court" lol. At that point you can offer an olive branch of just following the original court order instead, citing her many violations. Reason and logic, however, are unlikely to work on her because she is ruled by her feelings at any given moment.

Threaten her with a lawsuit? Threaten to challenge her custody?

Worthless. Either move to compel compliance, or pursue contempt in court. Or don't. But don't "threaten," it's an impotent response that means nothing.

don't threaten anything - act. file a police report on the trespassing and file a contempt motion (petition for rule to show cause) with the court for the specific violations on which you have her dead to rights with evidence. Go on the offensive and keep it up.

divorce finalized in November and she's already treating the decree like a suggestion......trespassing in your house (because apparently locked doors are just decorative 🙄), small violations, big violations, and now the major one, leaving the kids overnight at her mom's place where someone with drug use and abuse allegations lives while she did whatever she wanted, completely violating your right of first refusal, and you weren't supposed to find out (shocking 😂).

Don't threaten,act (1) Document EVERYTHING immediately (every violation with dates/times/evidence, screenshot where she admits stuff, note the pattern because judges love patterns like these), (2) Consider emergency motion if kids are actively at risk with druggy unstable relative because that's not babysitting that's negligence. The goal isn't threats (she'll just prepare her defense), it's enforcing the legal agreement she signed while sober in front of a judge and protecting your kids from her "it's fine" parenting decisions courts will absolutely back you if you document and move fast, so stop letting her run the show like the decree was a suggestion and get your lawyer filing TODAY, brother 💪

First, document. Exact date, time, circumstance. Reference each violation as it pertains to the decree.

You can file a motion to enforce or motion of contempt. Obviously research that but you get the just.

I'd say do both man..,in that situation i think she is intending to do it all the time since you are not doing any action,, there are always limits to everything
