Phrase it as BAD for your child. The court doesn't give a shit about you.

Won't have school friends anywhere near him, will be socially outcast and ostracized
Poorer education (better school rating)
Excessive time in the car almost every day - increases risks of accidents and other problems
Wasteful of funds and time to care for the child - driving that far costs money, and is wasted money that harms the funds available to support the child.

I put in the divorce degree that our kids will remain in 123 school district unless mutually agreed otherwise. Is it too late for that? Not sure where you are at in the process.

what state are you in? In Florida wherever the child is going is where they will stay if disputed. Also, you can't move more than 50miles away and must stay in the same county without court and parties agreement. As others mentioned, your commute is not a consideration of the court at all.
