My ex moved out last May but doesn’t want to file. She wants me to be the one to do it. She says she’ll try to mediate for an uncontested, but won’t schedule mediation and expects me to do it all. I’ve told her if she wants to divorce me then she should do it. Nothing. I don’t want to be the one. It isn’t what I want. I’d still try to reconcile. I also don’t want her to tell my kids that their dad divorced her. I don’t know what to do but being in limbo sucks. I’d appreciate any thoughts.
