One of the worst parts of divorce is the fact that most of the people who know you will either chose a side or back off you entirely as you go through the pain of it. They will listen to the crap your ex spouts as if it's the gospel. They will distance themselves and not even answer or return your calls. Some even know the truth but stay away for fear of angering the ex.

This shit feels so wrong but yet nobody cares. For most it's business as usual because it ain't happening to them. To others it's like let me stay back and watch what happens next. I'm already alone for the fact of the ex is gone but to lose everyone around me sucks!
