My stbxw is currently going to school and won't finish and get a good paying job until end of 2023. She is working part time while in school. We are currently in the same house with 3 kids. We are sleeping in separate bedrooms. We barely communicate but get by when it come to the needs of the kids. Both cars and house are in my name, but are martial assets.

I want to move on with my life and start seeing other people. So should I file now or wait untill she's done with school and has a job? I don't want to do lawyers. She has said that she doesn't want anything that is in my name. And she doesn't want divorce so she doesn't want to file.
