My relationship of 14 years is coming to an end. We have two young kids, 6 and a 9 year old. We haven't told them yet. My soon to be ex claims it's lack of communication. On her defense she does all the planning and finance. I do all the cleaning, grocery shopping, bringing the kids to school, swimming, sports etc. I'm the most flexible one in the relationship , who gets all the calls when it involves the kids and I work too. To make a long story short her family came over for a visit, I came home from work today to hear she's told her family that we are getting a divorce after I had said hello to everyone, I just sat there alone and lonely, it was her aunt's husband who came and sat next to me and kept me company, her nieces were kind to me too. That felt good. I don't know how things are going to go from here, we will have to sell the house. I don't have family and all I have are my kids. I will just stay calm and do the best for my kids. I just feel alone and lonely.

At least her sister will finally get her back, she walks in our house and hardly says a word to me as she has been trying to sabotage our relationship from day one. The wife never believed me but saw it on display today. She at last acknowledged it was painful and she should have believed me all this years. Well I guess the realization has now come at the end of the relationship.

I'm going to be my best for my kids as they are all I have. Dad passed and grandma doesn't even know who I am. They were my firewalls and I miss them dearly. I really don't have anyone to talk to. I apologize for the long post.

Thank you for reading.
