The title says it all. Always maintain your friendships, having a new woman in you life, getting married is not an excuse to neglect your friends. Keep in toch with them, see them often because they will be there to pick you up in time if crisis.

Too many guys get married, move to suburbia and forget about their friends, having a small chat with the dad of your kids friends or classmates doesn't mean these guys have your back, remember they are in similar time bombs, it's just a matter of when their time will be up.

I never mingled with STBXW friends and kept my friends away from her, in a hindsight, it was the best decision I ever made all those years ago.
