Quick question, my ex keeps on threatening me to go back to court with her new bf but of course this only comes out when she’s mad. We basically have 50/50, joint custody, I pay for their schooling, set up their doctors appointments, including therapy and make sure they’re in attendance. I don’t feel like going back to court, but at the same time with everything I do, what grounds does she stand on, I feel like it would be pointless.
