I went to an attorney consultation, in 2014, and the lawyer said to not serve her on any important dates because the optics are bad. What your STBX did falls into the same category. Document everything and give this information to your attorney. It’ll make her look bad in the process.

Happy birthday!

I can’t even begin to fathom how you’re feeling. You’ve worked hard and hopefully you have loving and caring children. Would’ve come to discover as men, we are very much use until we serve the purpose of women once they don’t see a purpose for us they leave and find their next adventure. We tend to be more loyal, even though the script is quite the opposite sure there are men out there who don’t stick around. But it seems like more and more these days I’m around men who are extremely miserable in their relationships. They try to stick it out do everything they can possible to make things work sacrifice for their families and then it happens there left to pick up the pieces. No one says much about them, but, I want you to know that regardless of how you’re feeling regardless of where you’re at in this universe you’re not alone. I’m currently in the dull drums of divorce. It doesn’t seem real I can’t even begin to understand what it’s like to have children involved. I’m not even sure what I’m telling myself these days. All I know is that the last 12 months I’ve been an absolute blur six months ago began to countdown. We have officially entered the petition and now it really starts. We were amicable one day and then last week all communication was cut off. Like I never even existed absolutely savage. I’m not sure if I even want to have a heart like that but, I wonder where you have to go mentally to be that way. The lies you have to tell yourself the deception their days from angry about it all and there are days where I feel sad that this person decided to do what they did they say that we’re gonna learn something from this and that everything will work out. I sure hope so. And for you, my friend just one day at a time heck, one minute at a time. Whatever you do, don’t give up and know that we can and we will. I really cherish sunsets and sunrises these days. I hope you can find something you enjoy and look forward to each day even if it’s as simple as taking a sip of water or watching that sun set or rise. Keep going! You still have it in you you know what you do!

Happy birthday. It’s a big one. My ex decided to barely acknowledge my 50th as we embarked on our last family trip. It was kind of my first clue something was really amiss. When we got back she then gifted me her intention to separate. So gotta love their sense of timing eh? No real reason to do it at that moment t other than they know it’s another way to twist the knife.

So I know how you feel. It fucking sucks. It’s hurtful and embarrassing too. Eventually she will just be a bad memory. But in the meantime, always keep in mind the cruelty and cold-heartedness of how and when they chose to tell you. It’s a real insight into their hearts, and an indication of more meanness to come. Happy Birthday, brother. It's impossible to explain to anyone what it is like for a man to lose a father. They either know it from experience or they never will. She might not value you but you do and there are plenty of people out there who do, too, even if it's internet strangers. There is evil in this world and she's it but you'll never know the good without having been with that evil.

I hope so too...you care for your kids, that's a lot now a days, a lot of father's just see them as baggage, my kid had to go through this and he knows 💯 daddy loves his huge ass lol, just remember now its about the kids, to hell with her..u find someone that appreciates u

Let me cheer you up a bit with this story. My ex had to sign our divorce papers on her 52nd birthday. A divorce she told everyone we know she did not want.. to save face of course.. even though she made it very clear that’s what she wanted and asked for. So for her birthday she got a divorce!!
