For some reason, i think i know the reason, i felt the need to improve the relationship. For the kids sake.

The reason is, so much is going wrong, and may go wrong in the near future, economy, job, inflation, etc... That i might have thought that not having to fight on this other front can be beneficial.

So, this is what I wrote, you guys read it, comment, and most importantly give your prediction on what the response maybe if you had sent such message to yours... Go at it.

Would you be against a family like activity once a month, or two or three months.

I had this idea now, that it may be beneficial for the kids.

You don't have to like me, and i don't have to like you, but we like the kids in our own way.

For example, I want to take them here Saturday. If you can, or want to join.

What i mean, is, one activity we agree upon, occasionally, ahead of time.

we plan it, we do it, for the kids, and go our own way after that.

We take turns paying for the meals or for the activity day, when it's my or your idea.

I choose i pay, you choose you pay.

I understand if you decline, and won't use it against you.

We're probably not ready for this kind of thing yet, I'm not sure I'm ready for this kind of thing to be honest.
